Just wondering how many views do you two get in total for this. And I wish it was much higher. I find you two much easier to listen to than the famous Ken Berry.
Absolutely fantastic as usual, if anyone is interested in improving their health they cannot do any better than listening to Richard and Stephen. Great to hear that Richard is pushing the boundaries in his athletic goals and may go back to weight training eventually, also really love the results of Stephens glucose experiments.
On the sourdough bread, if you make it yourself and actually let it ferment for a good while the less it spikes your bloodsugar ( i think its called bulk fermentation and you want 24+ hours). It takes a lot of experimenting to get it right tho. Makes sense right, the longer you let the bacteria to eat the sugar/carbs the less sugar is in there. The sourdough breads in supermarkets where i live are all " fake fermented" and have added sugar, basically no different from normal bread.
I've just received 2 batches of regular MCT. I'm going to have to go back for the chocolate version as currently having regular hot chocolate with coconut milk, but this is definitely the better option and saves me buying a velvitiser!
I have arthritis in my hip and knee and if I have bread..boy do I regret it…the aches are insane 😢

I have just ordered the MCT oil and electrolytes to try. Just starting the carnivore diet. Hopefully I can stick with it. I am in England.
I wish I tested as well as you have Stephen when I tried out a cgm
I developed an intolerance to onions and garlic and that propelled me into carnivore 😊
