- This is a slow flow grounding practice where we stay close to our mats and focus on our ujjayi breath. This practice starts with a short explanation of how to do ujjayi breath so we can focus on aligning our “victorious breath”with our movements.
Beginner friendly practice with no props required. Great for the morning or any time you want to drop into presence with slow flow movement.
