T Y bc of fibro I was not doing well with physical therapy. Your videos enable me to work at my pace. This is only Day 2 but I doing so much better. TY for helping older ppl. I am sharing with my friends.

Just started the shoulder exercises. I always seem to have very heavy bags to carry do my shoulders and neck are usually quite stiff and sore. Your exercise is working so I'm happy. Many thanks. I do your other exercises as well. No too good on the balance but I keep trying. Thanks again. Hope you're trip is going well.

,My physical therapist had me do these exercises for a pinched nerve in my neck.
I just had foot surgery. Stuck in a wheelchair or knee walker for up to 8 weeks. Foot needs elevation n ice. But am afraid I will get flabby and weak. I feel like I'm getting boat butt!! Help!! These have been great BTW. I'm in mid 60's. Sending to sisters!
Hi Mike yes good workout and even after the rotator cuff operations I have the full movement BUT no strength .... HOW to get the strength back.. Pushing some weights but they just refuse to get strong ...?
Can this excersize ne done more.than once per day
