You have some really great streamer patterns ! I tied a streamer very similar to this years age with DNA fibers(don’t think they are still around) that worked pretty good. Going to have to try this one. Your copper top streamer is always in my box ! Made a little revision in just using a shank in rear instead of hook after having a few big trout engulf it and hooked deep. Enjoy your videos !
Thank you so much! You are the reason I do the videos! To help others and to have some fun! The Copper Top is one of my top flies too! Shanks are great and glad to hear you modified the pattern to better suit your needs! Enjoy tying!
Fun little fly to tie with so few materials. I tied one as demonstrated and on the second one I put three 1/2" pieces of .030 lead wire where the belly is. Thanks for the video.
Great video! Been waiting for your new release! Ever consider weighting this one, or is there no need given how you use it as a top dropper above a heavier fly?
So for the saltwater version, all you would need to do is tie the fly on a saltwater hook (stainless steel), all other steps would be the same. A saltwater hook that would be perfect is a Gamakatsu SP11-3L3H SIZE #6.
Great looking fly, thanks for sharing 🇳🇿
Thanks for watching!

Very cool fly, brother
Thanks!!
Sensacional o seu trabalho, é a imitação perfeita da " Petitinga" ou " Anchovy ".
👍👍
Awesome streamer.

That's a great way to keel it! Nice work!!
With a little adjustments and sub a stainless steel hook this would work as a bay anchovy imitation to target false albacore and bonita. Thanks
I can't wait to see it! Tag me on Instagram!!

You could certainly weight it, just fish it as a solo fly! You'll crush them!!

Are you planning to do the saltwater version, thanks 🙏
