I'm quite surprised but Uncle Roger was on point on everything. Turmeric is used in every Indian dish apart from taste and color it has health properties but the quantity he used 3 spoons was overkill, max turmeric you use is 1/4-1/2spoon that's it. Then cashew paste is also right it adds richness to butter chicken. And Uncle Roger was spot on abt marination using yogurt is done for 8-12hrs but in extreme cases u can shorten it to 4-6hrs as well. According to me the longer you marinate the chicken it absorbs all the flavors. The rest Uncle Roger explained everything.

Homemade ghee is simply heating butter over long period of time until the fat settle down and colour changes into golden.. but if you do it faster it will become brown butter.. so careful while doing it..
