He does a lot on research on different culture food not like Jimmy Oliver who is a well know chef but doesn’t know how to cook at least do research on different culture food or any food but do research so you make the ingredients correctly so it tastes good and your own food taste good ! Right now, Jaime’s food even with British food and different culture food he doesn’t know how to cook and he messed it up big-time

Anytime I hear the phrase "my version" when it comes to cooking, I know they mean "I dont know how to do it right". The least a person could do is as they cook the meal explain how it's done traditionally and how they're deviating from that method. It's one thing to make butter chicken with a few variants. It's another thing to make a random dish and call it butter chicken

What you said about authenticity is spot on. But if you think it's only white people who do it that's not true. Just go to most fried chicken shops in Britain. Check out some British youtubers who do food reviews. Most of the worst ones are people who try to cook outside of their culture.
Not said that nobody show him to cooked this dish, yet he still mess up,he always heaithy quick fast and no spicy, he cant handed spicys taste.
I swear I had to rewatch it to find the butter of this butter chicken. He put cashew butter in and that's it? For crying out loud this guy is useless.
