Creme brulee is a custard that has torched sugar on top to create a crust. Custard is very similar to pudding except it has eggs in it.

Gluten is a componente present in four cereals: Wheat, Oat, Barley and Rye. Despite people usually sayng they are allergic to Gluten, Coelliacs are actually Gluten Intolerant.
In my area during parts of the lockdown, barbers were unable to operate, so my friend had to cut my hair too. Glucose & gluten both start with “glu” so I see why Peach made the mistake.
