This is amazing the way metallica treat us is just amazing
It's not letting me back out of this comment.عبدالله النعيمي
Is Metallica halal?
@@user-cx8fy7hm4v jerk
@@user-cx8fy7hm4v who cares?
Hahaha your name is abdullah Al noncey
Can't wait for the making of 72 seasons
Say what you will about Lars but the guy is the driving force of Metallica.
Of course he is. Anyone who actually thinks with their brain knows it. Lars and James are amazing songwriters.
The architect
Lou Kola - WE'RE amazing songwriters
Rob B. We? lol
Who is WE?
Lou Kola lmao
It’s crazy that Robert is almost in all of these recordings of the songs and Kirk just comes in for the solos. Trujillo legit makes the band work harder and better.
One of the best songs on the album. Who's with me?
Wade k 21 Me
Wade k 21 yeah totally agree
Wade k 21 me
Wade k 21 I love it
Wade k 21 Me too . The video is also very interesting .
They seem to be in great physical shape for a bunch of 53 year olds, especially Lars on the drums and James' downpicking. Also they seem to be having a lot of fun while still working hard and concentrating on the album. Keep up the good work guys
I just love the part when Lars says "No, no, no, Shh, Afterwards" and then James says to him "DON'T USE IT" and he es like "NO!"5:48
Only time will tell, but IMO this album will be remembered as one of the best albums that metallica ever did.
The first four albums were an upward trend in evolution - this album finally plugs it back in.
MehYam2112 death magnetic plugged it back in imo
The Mermalair i love death magnetic so much
I love these behind the scenes videos, keep 'em coming! :D
O yeahh
"That's a really cool thing Lars"
Kirk is so amazing I can't even-
8:53 we need this version of Here Comes Revenge
Totally agree!
This is the most underrated song on the album.
Last time i checked everyone loves this song
6:03 - 6:18 Lars's energy n skill "hypnotized" all of the people in the room 🤘😎✨
So, the legendary "EET FUK" is only for recordings right now? It will be great to see that guitar in a concert someday.
I think it is like that because that guitar (and a couple of others) have history with James and are irreplaceable compared to the the Snakebyte or Iron Cross.
When do you see the EET FUK?
James' old Vs and Explorers are only used for recording now. They are beat to shit, but have some of the best guitar tone of all his axes. Classic songs were written and recorded on those beauties.
You even see the Jackson King V that James used during the Master of Puppets tour that Jackson gave him to use to hoping he would join their artist roster.
His old explorers are only for the studio now because they are really fucked up from constant touring and playing and they won't hold up if he brings them on tour now.The EET FUK I read it was repaired probably 100 times.
That riff is awesome, probably the best of the album
for me Here Comes Revenge
best song from the album
I agree, I love it
I haven't picked a favorite yet but its one of the best on the album for sure
The Undertaker It's the best groove oriented song on the record. Spit Out the Bone is the best thrash song and probably the overall best on the record imo
Worst on the album IMO
I fkn love this song
A fantastic, if often overlooked song in their library.
Really cool to get a glimpse into the creative process; of how even metal legends like these guys sometimes try something that seems silly, even to them, and they eventually craft it into something great.
The making of Spit Out The Bone and Halo on Fire
CarimboHanky I'll take that bet.
I want Video evidence of Lars actually playing "Spit out the Bone". :D
TheMaverick13 and murder one
I love those vocals melodies James is singing at the end of the video. I like it maybe more than how it is actualy sung on the record. In my opinion this song is like the hiden gem of the album. Amazing piece of music. Very underrated.
i want to see james recording spit out the bone vocals
brandonger exactly, that end of 2nd "part" where he spits the name of the song, that damn good growl!
I want to see more with that song in general. It's easily the best song on that album!
Oculus Rift I consider the Load/Re Load Hetfield vocals the best by far. Check Bleeding Me. The Garage Inc also. Loverman. Amazing vocals. He was in his prime right there. The music might not like you but tecnically speaking, it was. In some tunes of this record I smell some Load.
agree 100%. dem vocals make the album for me. That "spit out the bone" line is so powerful.
Best part of the song, heavy as hell!
The stuff James does from 8:30-9:15 is better than the album version. Not that the album version is bad but holy cow that stuff was amazing.
I agree. He sounds incredible here
Very Black-album-esque.
I dig these documentaries, I loved the honesty on the St. Anger doc (and the Album!), like the insights into the process and seeing how much force and diligence go into making a song.
James loves to fuck with Lars 😂😂
I think that Kirk loves to fuck with Lars. But literally.
Gay love is great love.
The origin of “72”.
I thought the same lol
So the 72 Seasons concept was around even before the Hardwired album was released
Here comes revenge and spit out the bone are the best on the album
James Haygreen Am I Savage is my favorite. Don’t kill me. I see it as a sequel to Of Wolf and Man
Revenge and Savage are the best in this album
@@_nurmi06 controversial!
I see Atlas, Rise! as the best song on the album!🤘🎸
I love Halo on Fire and ManUnkind.
Halo, Man, Spit and Revenge are The Best 4 imho
This is my favourite song on the album! \m/
is it me, or at 6:23 they all COMPLIMENT Lars' drumming??
Lars' creativity and talent have never diminished. He's just lazier when it comes to practicing these days. Drums aren't a high priority for his time. His choice.
He played like mike tyson on steroids lolll
It all sounded sarcastic to me 😂
I love this song. And thank you guys for posting the behind-the-scenes for most of the songs. Very grateful for these videos. Absolutely fascinating.
So awesome. I'm so glad we get to see all this behind the scenes stuff, they never disappoint when it comes to giving fans plenty of content. I could (I do) watch this stuff for days
I'm still in love with this song
RL72 Seasons
8:12 - and the crowd goes insane
The Making of the best song on the album.
Cássio Amaral Thank you!!!!
Cássio Amaral Best on the album is a tie for me between this song and Spit Out The Bone
"Now That We´re Dead" MASTER RACE!
This entire album is the best song on the album.
The Making of the Metallica song with the most cringe lyrics ever
6:02
Just seeing Lars go off on the drums like that is so fun bruh
I love this videos so much! Hopefully there will be one for each song
This is so cool.
I could watch you guys all day.
And listen for hours.
Oh man i would love to see more of these! I really am impressed by the whole album there is so much to like. And seeing how they are made is simply twice the fun.
I wish more bands had videos like this
Thank you guys for releasing this "the making of" clips to all for free! (but it also would be cool to have them all on some kind of deluxe version of the album)
So cool that they share this awesome experience with us and that it is free on UA-cam
This song reminds me a lot Of Black Album. its fucking amazing!!
Caio Cesar a lot of metallica haves the taste of black album maybe they wanna makes more black album volume 2 , 3 example that song and the unforgiving 2 and 3 on few words metallica tone is half step down and d standard ( sad but true) and speaking of that song on this record dream no more sounds a lot of sad but True Tone !!!
St anger was more original !
Or Thorn Within
I've been in bands for the last 30 years and it is truly amazing to see how long Lars and James have been working together successfully. Not easy!!
I think this is potentially my favorite song on the album, I'm so happy to see how they created such a masterpiece. James is killing me with his cuteness and coolness. ❤🤘🏻
On the first play of the album this was one of my least favourite songs, but now it's one of my favourites.
It certainly grows on you. Really, dark, chilling and evil it is.
I thought the same exact thing. Great tune!
for me right away, my favourite.
Dead.Skin.Mask mine too
This and Atlas Rise especially start to grow on you after a couple of listens.
They might be old,but the way they make songs still blows my FUCKING mind!!!!!!
7:40 Why didn't they go with that intro to the solo? That shit was yummy!
6:45 I dig James's thin lizzy thunder and lightning shirt!! So cool!!
Lmao the part where Lars was doing the Double Bass part for the end of the song the Producer was like "Someone should check the Snare" and then Lars was like "Someone should check the drummer" that was pretty funny :p but this song is pretty awesome to listen too it's on of my favorites on the Album besides Halo On Fire and of course Spit Out The Bone :p
Yeah they went back to their roots with spit out the bone, straight dirty fast thrash metal like we like it.a shame they only did 1 song like that but can't complain, overall hardwired is a pretty good Metallica album :D
Frederic Vandeputte I mean to be fair hardwired the song itself is straight thrash in its own too
This is fucking awesome. Please keep posting more of these!
It is amazing the amount of work that goes into making this song and what the finished product sounds like....
Love the look behind the scenes
James' vocal parts at the end have a bit different melody than on the album and it sounds beautiful.
Simply great!! This song is one of the best on the album!! 😃
5:16 look behind, it's the 'EETFUK' guitar!
what does "EET FUK" means?
One thing this album does really well is keep everything at a consistent quality. Every making of video has tons of comments about how that song is the best on the album. Its really cool. On a lot of albums, there's usually a much more widely beloved song than the rest.
Creating a damn fine tune and totally enjoying themselves while they do, Metallica in a good place, long may they stay that way, love James wearing a Jump in the Fire shirt, dudes a legend
RL72…..72 Seasons….coincidence?!
That's what I was thinking!
@@cainehosband9410 lol me too
I want to see the making of "Fight fire with fire"
?
lmao , i wish i could too but Metallica were too small a band during ride the lighting recording to afford stuff like these
markeemark85 I would like to see the creation of The Mechanics(Four Horsemen) so i could see the recording process of Metallica with Mustaine.
LightningRiderMGO give it a rest thanks
They are more of thrsah.
is there a video about "dream no more"? its my favorite song on the album, theme, riffs, feeling, vocals, just everything is great
I need to see how Murder One is made, that song is just amazing tribute to Lemmy
this makes me love the song even more ...
More of these videos please!
Man Rob Trujillo is so underrated, the guy's a fucking beast!!!
Favorite track from the album!
That clean part towards the end is really great.
Wow they upload 3 videos in one min gj guys
Nickolas actually this is the only new one. the other 2 were just re-uploaded
Steven Wischer
This, for me, is the best song on this album. I love it!
"here comes revenge" is a grower and gets better after listening to it a few times ....outstanding track, and creepy video \m/
Crazy how Kirk is almost never there in the making of
He is filming
He’s never been as involved in the writing process.
Lawson Russell Lol!!! that's just sad man. LMFAO!!!!
SAD BUT TRUE!!
But it's funny how "Enter Sandman" the one Metallica song where Kirk wrote most of the guitars, is the song that has made the most money for them.
With saying that though, next album they need to bring back Dave Mustaine.
James Mustaine c
James Mustaine he also wrote a riff for My Apocalypse and Master Of Puppets
more! every song!!! show me! fucking love this shit!
I have waited these "making of"s more than album
Can't wait to watch the whole doco!
--== We Will Make You Spit Out The Bone - The Making Of Hardwired to Self-Destruct ==--
"Play like mike tyson on steroids bro" rob i love you 😂
Metallica es la mejor banda del mundo!!!
Jaime Prado y de la historia
Charla Tan la dvd :v
one of my favorite tracks on the new epic album!
Favorite song on the album for me after hearing the entire album dozens of times.
Love this fly on the wall footage.
Not only do they give us free songs from the new album, but they give us backstage pass for a little while.
Couldn't ask for more, seeing their creative process is so cool.
This song is one of my favs off the album
Can't wait to see the making of spit out the bone.
i love this song sooo much
8:52 Wtf, why is this so good
this song is my favorite on the album 😊
Love James shirt at 0:27
Fucking good job METALLICA !!! Eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth
A life for a life, it's my burden of proof !!!
I love the mate on the table at the beginning
More of this please!,
Chile trapped under ice. Antarctica. Love my beautiful flag there. Greetings from Chile!
love this song how they are making it
i love metallica😍😍😍😍
Hear me out: the ascending-descending part (like Rob plays at 7:22) would be bad-ass with brass horns. Maybe trombones on the first up-and-down, joined by trumpets on the next one. I always hear it that way, and I have no idea why.
that would be sick
7:17 HOLLY BASSESSSS!
it's some part of magic to see how your gods have a backstage vids, like that
Ride the Lighting + 72 Seasons = RL72?? 😆😆😆🤘
Such a great song!!
Favorite song on the album.
Nice excellent a real inside look on how you make a killer song
Looking forward to the making ofs of Atlas, Rise!, Spit Out The Bone and Murder One
