    Achari masala
    1 1/2 tbsp fennel seeds
    1 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
    1 tbsp brown mustard seeds
    2 tsp coriander seeds
    1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
    1/4 tsp nigella seeds or kalonji
    1 tsp dried raw mango powder
    1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    1/4 tsp asafoetida (hing)
    2 Kashmiri dry red chili
    1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
    1/2 tbsp salt
    For Achari potatoes
    700 grams of new small potatoes
    2 tbsp mustard oil
    1/4 cup yoghurt or curd
    1 inch ginger
    Fresh Coriander for garnish

      Yes you can store in the cupboard too in an air tight jar or zip lock bag. For best results and flavour keep it in the fridge. Have a great Christmas ❤️❤️❤️

    normally, mustard oil is heated to the smoking point to soften the pungent flavour. Do your potatoes still have the pungent flavour? I fear most Americans won''t like this if I put it on the buffet...

      Not really. Just use regular oil if you are worried about that. It will still be good. Or smoke it and let it cool down a bit. 🙂❤️❤️
