Oh, onion bhajis are possibly my favourite Indian dish. Yours look exactly the same as the ones from back home; even the raita is the same colour! This is another recipe I'm going to try.
I think it should be fine, as long as it's the culinary oil, similar to canola oil. They both have high smoking point. Not the industrial one, so check the labeling. 👍🙂❤️
Cooked these today and the wife loved them . Also cooked your Easy DAL fry with lamb added and the Amritsari fish fry your recipes are keeping me in the good books 😂. Do you have a Masala chop recipe ? Cheers
