    Awesome! This is reminds me of the first time I made lamb korma, my girlfriend at that time showed me how to toast the whole spices and make our own spice mix for the base sauce, that included much of what you have here, and then was added to a blender with a whole raw onion, raw ginger and garlic, and yogurt, to form the base of the raw korma sauce

    What is with the loud, random popping noises? I was wearing headphones and every time that weird “pop” hits me it scrambles my thinking… disliked this video because I couldn’t bloody watch it any more.
