I would either relive Black Ops 2 or Black Ops 3 and even Black Ops 4. All three games had great guns, great streaks, great maps, and were fun to play.
Honestly the BO2 era was a special time, I’d love to re live that cod era.

BO2 multiplayer and Zombies is my ideal COD. BO1 runner up for me.

BO1 and BO2 are both the best games IMO. 3 and 4 were also tons of fun. That menu music on BO2 just brings back so many memories.

Black ops 2!! Running Orbital, Lodestar, and Swarm!
BO1. So much fun and memories. Endless summer nights grinding all the camos doing challenges and chasing 15th prestige. Nuketown 24/7, double XP days. Chopper gunner and blackbird constantly. Constant 60-1+ games. Zombies with friends. BO1 is my favorite.
Tomahawks across the map at spawn. Spawn trapping. No scoping with my L96 in Havana
World at War, Black Ops and Black Ops II. Those games made the franchise worth playing. No hate to the MW games back then, just loved the Black Ops playstyle way more. If I had to ultimately choose it would be Black Ops. I had over 40 days played on that game. Endless memories throughout all the modes. 10/10.

I'm a vintage 2009 MW2 player. Never played WaW, but did play COD4 eventually. If I could play the '09 MW2 with the DLC, I think I would remember that game even more fondly because Bailout is visually and perhaps even gameplay wise my all-time favorite COD map (then tack on the COD4 remakes which played FLAWLESSLY on MW2 as well + Trailer Park).
Original Black Ops and OG MW2. Multiplayer, Story, and Spec Ops/Zombies. they nailed all three phases of the game.
Bo1 didn't miss in any of its modes. It was wild. No matter which of the three u chose u were in for a good time
Black Ops 1 was epic, we had 3 systems in one house playing 24/7 off my wifi hotspot cellphone in Kenai Alaska we were also Go proing before go pros were a thing. Ground breaking Disc Golf to the world, totally fresh. BO was iconic times. We were burnt out on Bad Company we needed BO.
BO2 loved it also actually liked Ghosts put days and days into that 😊

Bo1. If I could relive any cod and make that the eternal cod it would be BO1. My God those were such good times. Some of my best memories gaming and just in general were on black ops 1. Everything about it was perfect.

COD: Finest Hour was my first cod when I was 6 and is still my favorite. Only negative was the health bar. Fun Fact: Metro Boomin's song "Superhero" sampled a part of the theme song for this game. It’s called “Bridge at Remagen”

Black ops 2 for sure. The Xbox 360 cods are goated but BO2 is the one for me. All the memories being a teen playing it with my buddies in high school. Endless nights of zombies, quick scope no scope CTF, Hardcore Search & Destroy, Three Team TDM, etc. One day we all played Cod Bo2 for the last time together and didnt even know it. But hey, thats life 👍❤️

Advanced Warfare. I loved playing Uplink. The HBRa3 was my favorite weapon. I liked how the variants added a twist on how you could approach a match

MW2. it was such a crazy game. nut most importantly people would like to relive a specific game because it reminds them of that time in their life. so MW2 for me was the cherry on top in that time.

Mw3 and BO2. I played the previous CODs on LAN due to being deployed or PCSing to Germany where the internet was almost dial up. MW3 I was a noob, BO2 is where I started to get better and not a hindrance. 😂Meet great people that I still talk and we still play together too this day.
BO3 for me. I skipped Ghosts and AW because I was busy with college, but I got back into CoD with BO3 my senior year and it was such a blast, like playing call of duty for the first time again.
BO3 is the OG COD for me,you can play everymode and you can have fun the maps was great
The Black Ops, MW3, Black Ops II, and Ghosts run was the absolute best, most fun time for me in Call of Duty. I’d be happy to go back to the start of any one of those.

Cod2 before Sprint was even invented, Cod4 the very first Modern Warfare game, WaW because that game had multiplayer Tanks and first introduction of Zombies and Mw2 because that game was so broken that it was balanced before the new update was suppose to come out

Such a good point aboout the Blackbird. i feel like games are over-tuned to be 'competitive' now; back then games used to be tuned to be fun.
I played my Sister's Bo1 on Ps4 one weekend and I was Hooked.
But i officially started playing when Modern Warfare Remastered and Bo3 came out. I'd back and forth from one to the other. I'd get sick of getting killed on Bo3 and switch over to Remastered.
I remember playing Ghost as well.

Blops 1 for sure. Zombies was fun, the weapons and streaks were good, and the maps were great. I was 36 when it came out and it felt good to dominate at times. Now, it's tougher. Booty sliding bunny hopping tweakers are a blur to me and I am getting massacred more often than not.

Bo2 for sure. Thunder has one of the hardest intros on an bo2 upload of him dropping 6 vsats in one game. C4 through the window was crazy. Can't forget loyal patriot and his boom sick on mw2 dropping the original nuke. Good times
MW3 2011 baby! Specialist mode-those were some amazing times.
CoD ghosts cause I loved the lobbies, the people, the maps, the way you could build your class, it was so fun
The prepatched FAL on BO2 was my go to. And omg BO2 BO3 zombies were so much fun.
I would like to go back to 2010 to play black ops. But I would also go back to 2016 so I can point and laugh at infinity wards greatest failure a second time.
I think of I could go back and relive the moment in any game any genre period it would be BO1, MW2 not far behind. Them days were the shitttt! Thinking of class set ups during the day and excited to get home and play!
BLOPS Duece was/is my all time favorite COD. But the one that gives me the most fizz when I think about the first time firing it up is the OG MW3. The inovative new game modes, streaks, maps, and guns that are now staples in the game. Along with just enough cheese to make trolling fun.

If I’m forced to only choose one, that’s easy. Blops 2 is the absolute best for me. Blops 3 really grew on me to the point where I loved it almost as much.

The hype was so good for MW2. It was actually cool to play cod, everyone you knew played the game, so it actually felt like a community. Black Ops 1 would be my pick though. Campaign, Zombies, amazing multiplayer, it had it all.
Man I used to love playing WWII, I still play it every once in a while and Black ops 4.
BO1 for fun, zombies, multiplayer and campaign were so good! But BO3 was so much fun too and gameplay was at another level

M16 and frag x3 aside cod4 for me was the peak of the series campaign was my favorite same as the multiplayer and pro mod was amazing
OG modern Warfare 2 and 3. Way too many days played in both games. Was hopeful they might remaster them when they remastered COD 4 but it wasn’t meant to be.
I started playing CoD campaign/split screen etc in 2007 with CoD4, and finally started playing zombies and multiplayer when Bo1 came out. Of course I went back to all the other CoDs and played their multiplayer and prestiged them all multiple times, got good in every one of them, and basically enjoyed even Cod4 in 2011, like it was first released. Very rarely met a hacker. All these CoDs were SOOOO good. Mainly I was prestigeing in Bo1, because I wanted the gold guns, but I always made a break to play an old CoD for a whole day. (I was like 13 years old). 1 year later I was so good, I had a 3 - 5 KD in every CoD and then Mw3 was a banger too, but when Bo2 came out it was even bigger. I played with friends from school all day long. So I would like to go back to Bo1, MW3 and Bo2 days, but mostly probably Bo2 because the zombie mode was great, the League Play mode was great, and the pubstomping was great. It was such a good CoD. But then I think about Bo1 days, and that game was great too. Bo1 and Bo2 probably the greatest CoDs ever. And thats saying something, because Cod4, WAW, Mw2, Mw3 were great aswell. And I even liked Ghosts, AW, Bo3, IW were great too, just not as great, but still very good. 😂 I'm done now with the nostalgia

Since the servers have been fixed, I've been playing a ton of Black Ops on Xbox. It's still decently popular in 2024! I played the other night and there were 11,000 people playing it. I'm not sure what your current setup is right now Thunder, but if you still have any kind of Xbox, you can go relive Black Ops 1. I think myself and lots of us would love to see an OG Black Ops 1 Thunder vid in 2024. All good if not! Subscriber since 2012
Mw2 matching making in the begining was so good.. you'd jump into a lobby and smack a team and it would being the entire lobby back for revenge... mostly friendly smack talking well that changed after OMA and Tube spawning and care pack killing...u

World at War because of the characters and how the game sounded and the start of zombies. B01 skill base wasn’t a thing I went 219-19 on nuketown demolition being able to stack streaks was nice and of course zombies being fantastic. And B02 streaks was good, also good maps and of course good simple zombies

BO2. Super hard choice as i loved prime adubs. As well as others. But man… getting home from school on a friday.. warming up on zombies/ combat training, then running pubs with the most fun killstreaks😢 till 3 am😭😭

Call me crazy but it just might be World at War. The multiplayer was authentic and dark, arcadish fun style but still realistic. Streaks were new. Zombies was terrifying and intriguing upon first playing. I would definitely say WAW or COD4 as they are the most innovative in the series. Cod 4 is the foundation of COD.

BO1 has the whole package . I mean a good campaign great multiplayer and amazing zombies experience can’t be beat. The zombies lobby theme gives me nostalgia chills to this day

Me BO3, the freaking Zombies was a Masterpiece. I remember being amazed how beautiful Shadows of Evil looked, man to this day Shadows looks way better than modern COD Zombies. And man the MP damn it hit hard, amazing 🙏

noob tubes were actually a thing before wings posted that video. I might be remembering wrong but I think people knew about it by the 2nd or 3rd month of the game's life cycle. Wings made the video to try to get it fixed because people were already doing it.
