Good video man. I think that gave an honest and unbiased look at them. For what they are they do seem very serviceable. Not perfect but like you mentioned, they are not selling at a perfect knife price point. I wonder if that hunting knife has a deeper hallow saber grind. Those tend to bind up in cardboard but work nicely in softer material like meat. All of the steels used seem well suited for each of their tasks. I think a kydex leather hybrid scout appendix carry would look great for the little edc blade. Looking forward to seeing how the heat treats are and the edge retention after some use.
A tidex leather hybrid for the EDC fixed blade is exactly what I was thinking. I'm currently trying to research what size grommets I need for the kydex and leather.
@_BigLife_ i have seen guys use Chicago screws to attach the loops so the sheath can be swapped over to a different orientation or dangler style with just a couple screws.
I actually like the dual handle material on both knives. I’m kinda bummed that they didn’t tell you up front they are made in Pakistan. 1050 is definitely a decent knife steel. Hopefully like Nate said we will find the heat treatment is good. Regardless Merry Christmas Man we love ya buddy!

@@MountainMenAxes I am definitely going to sharpen the blades and test them out. Thanks for watching. Merry Christmas
