      There is another method similar to this one to ease pain at this site..i am not physio or expert in it but i rolled cloth and gave it a round shape or whatso ever and put it under knee.after that bring ur thighs to your stomach as far as u can..believe me this was the best exercise for me...

    Thank you so much sir... I had this pain for many months.not able to eave. Use indian toilets... After i did this immediately relived🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 do i need to do this technique again even after not having pain ??

    Sir pain go away but i do running after 500 meters the pain come back and i cant run left leg same problem back side of knee when i left and strike on ground its paining plz respond any help

      You will.also need treatment for your ankle, hip and back to have a permanent relief. Please go and see a good Physiotherapist

      No was not the answer to your question.
      Popliteus pain does go away with FRT and PRRT treatments ( by activating biceps femoris and thereby reciprocally inhibiting the popliteus)

    There are no biceps in leg. What are you talking about?
