How To Unlock Knee Meniscus Pain In 2 Minutes *MASSIVE PAIN RELIEF*

  • Meniscus pain can be calmed down in 2 minutes in about 7 out of 10 people using this quick knee treatment.
Many meniscus injuries have a tibial shift that is contributing to compression on the meniscus. The tibial shift can be loosened up in many cases. This can unlock massive pain relief for a short time!
In this video, Dr. David shows you how to unlock knee meniscus pain in 2 minutes for massive pain relief.
This is not the long-term fix for a meniscus tear. Rehabilitating a torn meniscus to get back to normal is a process that usually takes 6+ months.

Currently up at 5am for the 3rd time with a flare up of pain in my left knee that’s lasted about a week/ week and a half (10 yrs post op on a very necessary meniscus surgery. I basically blew the whole thing to shreds). Did a few reps of this exercise and finally FINALLY felt something pop back into place. I could CRY. Thank you thank you thank you

Doc, I’d come see you if I lived in your state, but I don’t. 😞 on my leg with my injured knee, when I stand straight up with feet forward, my knee (and leg) rotates a bit inward post injury. This makes me think I have a tibia shift … particularly given the accident of slipping on wet floor and rotating my upper part of leg inward while keeping the foot planted. And felt a pop of the inside of my leg, maybe knee…not sure of exact location - just a slight sensation, no sharp pain when it happened. Will this technique help? Should I do the Medial tibia shift or the reverse technique? I pray your technique can help…I’ve been searching for a solution for 5 months now. If you can help???! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I had surgery done on both knees in 2008. The knee surgery had a 20 year life. The other day, I started having stiffness and pain on the left knee with the old feeling of bone on bone coming back. I suspected something had shifted. Than I came across you exercises. Within a day, I could feel great improvement. Now that I am back on the road to recovery, with the knowledge that this area takes time to heal, I can not thank you enough for your great service. Only those who have suffered with this kind of pain, know how much we have to thank you.

Wonderful of you to share this with us! A video you shared before addressed this, I think. Once I'm able to shift it, I get much more motion in my knee without that sharp pain. I can feel the movement & hear it when I walk. I do it differently, standing, holding onto the end of a table about a foot away from it, moving the leg forward as i bend the knee (kind of like a small lunge position} and then raising my heel up a bit with a slight inward twist of my knee. edit, not an inward twist of my knee! slight inward pointing of foot, then raising the heel.

I hurt my meniscus this morning while doing squats. I stopped immediately. I was afraid that I had torn it, but it didn't really hurt bad enough for it to be a tear. I am 51, but I never have knee issues. I started looking online, found this video and I sat down and did what you said. My pain is literally gone! I wonder how things would have been if I had not found this so quickly. Thank you. Time to work on building up the muscles now! Your explanation also helped me understand what it even was. I could tell that it was not a tear, because the pain was not bad enough for that.

I just watched you video and put your exercise into action. Instant relief. My right meniscus was operated on 8 years ago and I twisted the wrong way 5 months ago. I've been doing everything the physio told me too. I've had an MRI recently, but can't get to see the specialist for 3 months (unbelievable) so I did your exercise for a couple of minutes and I felt instant relief. I walked around the house double checking that it wasn't a placebo effect where it was all in my head. I'm going to be repeating this many times over the coming weeks, as well as implementing your other glute strengthening exercises. Thank you so much for sharing your professional knowledge in a way that is explicit but also for the common person. Much appreciated! Can't wait to see how the next few months changes for me.

Did this not hurt you at all to do any part of the process? I'm nervous to try it on the leg with a suspected tear (waiting on mri results). Something about turning the foot in and moving the leg just makes me nervous. So great that it worked for you, as for so many others here. Wanting to avoid surgery if it comes to being needed so watching a lot of videos like this.

Dr. David, you are a gift from God. I am a 66 yr old female with complex degenerative medial meniscal tear and knee arthritis. I teach 1st grade, have 10 grandchildren and am very active (or was.) Serious medial pain and inability to walk. I essentially was dragging my left leg. My Dr. said he could not guarantee I would have any noticeable difference after scoping my knee, so I did not go through with the surgery. Luckily, I found you! After doing this unlock method, I felt immediate relief. I've also started the glute exercises you recommend for knee arthritis. I can actually walk now with minimal pain. Omg you’re a genius. Thank you so much for showing this technique, I’ve done it twice and I’m able to walk much better. I’ve had the tear for last 2 yrs now, also had rehabs after my athroscopy had had no relief. I’ve been using everything and anything, all kinds of oil and analgesics and only a relief of 2-3 hrs. Thank you so much for your care and empathy you’re giving us broken women through your videos. God bless you and your family. 😍

First time hearing about tibial shift and you have my attention. This is fascinating.
I fractured mine in 1976 and remains protruded to the touch as it was shy of compound.
The exercise and explanation is well demonstrated so thank you. My condition is extreme
considering the many years of compensation that include other injuries from top to bottom,
literally. My knee is causing a new pain limiting my walking and for the first time showing inflammation.
I'm a Sub now and look forward to learning more.

This really helped with the pinching, thank you. Instead of going to the doctor after my pickleball injury I opted for a self-diagnosis of having done “a real number” on my knee.

This tibial shift turned out to be my main knee problem. Travelled on an airplane for 15 hours. Cramped seating.
I then started to have trouble straightening my leg after bent sleeping posture through the night . It was painful. Did massage that helped how my knee felt, but no true cure. Soon, I had quad fatigue halfway up my thigh. It never bothered me to walk, but knee ached when I bent it or lifted it.
I had no hope the movements I did as directed in this video would work.
    The movements
Immediately cured the problem. I mean Immediately!!
    Thank you

I'm 68 years old and just used the method this video described and it worked immediately. About 3 months ago I stepped sideways and felt minor pain on the inside part of my left knee. It has consistently been getting more and more sensitive until I used the method demonstrated by El Paso Manual.

Hey I think You should have communicated in this video to keep trying this technique over weeks if it doesn't work instantly. I was under the impression that if it didn't work instantly, then it was useless to try. Luckily I saw your other video that said to keep trying.
This wasn't clear from this particular video.

Thank you for the video! It's very helpful. I had an injurie and did an mri scan in July and it turned out i had a tear in the medial meniscus. I've been doing good last month (no pain or locking whatsoever) and was even able to go hiking. And all of a sudden three days ago my knee locked and was very hard to use my leg. It remained straight and I wasn't able to bend it. Sitting down was almost impossible as well as walking. I just did the first exercise you showedand was immediately relieved. Thank you so so much! 😊
