    12-14 seems to be the sweet spot for me! If I try doing 16, it puts too much stress on my body and it activates my mast cells and I get a histamine reaction. Oh the joys of MCAS! 😅

    I am doing 18 hour / 6 hours fasting. I eat between 12:30 to 6:30 in 5 months have lost 50lbs. I drink a lot of warter. I do have inflammation issues. Hoping it helps.

    Not sure where best to post request like this, but I'd love if you could opine on some of these therapeutic peptides coming out. BPC-157 comes to mind as one of the more popular ones and has been brought up by many of my patients. Thanks in advance!

    Hmmm - have been out of moldy house for 1.5 years. I'm still never hungry. Mold attacks hormones - probably including insulin, leptin, and grelin. I intermittent fast and have yet to lose any weight. In fact, last year I even gained weight on semaglutide. I gained 20 pounds in an allergic/anaphylactic/MCAS something reaction to a mold binder that my ND at the time highly encouraged me to continue taking despite side effects. What I'd like to know is how to detox so that I'm hungry again in a normal cycle - not being driven by the mold in my body demanding sugar. Going to sleep at a normal time because I'm tired at a normal time, waking up after a good sleep, not feeling exhausted and brain fogged all day until right before bed. How do you truly get the toxins out of the stored fat cells and release the digestion hormones from the toxins? Because if you're dealing with what I'm dealing with, it does not matter what you do, you will not lose weight even if you eat nothing except water and vitamins all day because you're not hungry.

      Maybe try the dopamine effects of early light - might help you have more energy and sleep better - check out Andrew Huberman

      ive also lived in a moldy house and every time i eat carbs or any fruit my body swells and had general inflamation, as i gained weight on face and body. Also have hives all over. Is that happened to you too?

      Be sure you optimize your Vit D to 60-80 ng so that your body knows it is ok to lose weight. If below that- it thinks it's winter. Also morning sun to set Circadian rhythm and night sunset and get your D from the sun as much as possible. also he has a video on Methl blue
      Red light from IR raises metabolism 17 % and the blue lights from devices lowers it 17%. Something else to think of. and be sure you are in Ketosis by using a Keto Mojo meter.

    Great video, but may I ask something else off-topic? I have G6PD deficiency and am interested in strategies to optimize my glutathione levels. My question is, can supplementing with riboflavin enhance glutathione reductase activity in the absence of adequate NADPH, riboflavin being the precursor to FAD a co factor of glutathione reductase ? Additionally, is there anything else you would suggest?

    I tried autophagy but after a certain time my bp starts dropping and I start feeling very weak and tired, and my dysautonomia gets worse. Im not sure what I can do to fix that

      Fasting can cause serious problems and weakness and dizziness are red flags.. impaired kidney function can be deadly and you may need medically supervised for fasting. urine testing / monitoring. TRUE NORTH health in N. California has a water only medically supervised fasting program.. $$$$ 😢
      But those Drs books are cheap compared to visit. Dr.McDougall program diet is approx the diet True North has in house, easy and cheap and many have solved hbp with it.
      Try whole food plant based diet. Idea: Raw organic food like a carrot cabbage beet salad with balsamic and apple cider vinegar INSTEAD of mayonnaise. *Eliminate seed/ vegetable oils ( mitochondrial toxins) and all toxins you can, especially exposure to mold, chemicals, smoke,, anything sugars or simple carbs ( flour especially wheat ). Such things aggravate candida and can cause weakness and weird symptoms. Sugar ect feeds and flares candida overgrowth including when NOT eating what feeds it, ie withdrawal.
      take it easy on yourself and celebrate your victories! IMO you're doing great to get so far already!! Hope these other ideas interest more learning, just try not to get sucked in by anyone who claims that they have a single answer and are selling some potions or pills.
