I feel that if I have had an overload and was not able to sleep- and I take a AH generation 1, I will sleep but feel like a hangover.. like the body tells you: "hey you accelerated me and now you want to brake me and decelerate... and I do not get it..." I am happy to see that nettle tea helps prophylactic, fasting did not really help, and silicium earth helps and argile cleans the gut and reduce the length it says inside one... all the sneezing, diarrhea, heat, etc.. seems like the body wants to get rid of all this asap.. no?

I highly recommend fasting for MCAS! It has worked for me in the past and gotten me to a state of stabilized health! I’m currently pregnant and going through a flare and so I can’t fast for multiple days, sadly. I’m trying intermittent fasting everyday (eating 2 meals within an 8-hour window) but it’s not nearly as effective as multi-day fasting. I’m watching these videos to try to get some additional tips since fasting isn’t an option for me right now.

    • @StaceyMcDonald

Thank you so much for prayers! Being pregnant definitely hasn’t healed my issues at all. I wish. I’ve been in a flare for 3 months! Still 2 months left! Starting to show some signs of improvement while I see a nutritionist but still struggling quite a bit.
I’m not sure what the likelihood of the baby having MCAS is. That’s a great question. I have a 5 year old daughter (also had a horrible flare while pregnant with her). So far, she is extremely healthy! It took me 5 years to be willing to get pregnant again after her and I was hopeful that I wouldn’t flare this time, because I had been doing really well for a long time. Alas! I won’t be getting pregnant again, ha!
In the long run it’s worth it. My daughter will now have a sister for the rest of her life and we’ll have another daughter! But my life has been completely upended the past 3 months (and going). I’m lucky to have a strong familial support system to help us through.

I am so desperate and am willing to pay you. I have a Tryptase of almost 11 and a Prostaglandin D of 225. Other than that my labs look just fine. I just have several lymph nodes that like to remain over 1cm-2cm. Which I believe is due to the MCAS. I am also doing DNRS to try to calm myself more. I really need help though and Mayo will not see me. Im so desperate for help. My kids need me! I would likely even take a plan if it meant someone might be able to help me.

    • @jac1161

spike is a trigger, so the MCAS that was underlying is now more pressured. It may not even be "long covid".....Dr Bruce Patterson tests this......S1 protein. What's "lovely" is this - the shots shed, the kem traylz, etc...... we're always going to be exposed. I had severe cv march 2020 while working as a nurse and I got no help which was torturous and caused a lot of ptsd I'm workng on but anyway, I was also working and living serious mold which ended up being a poop storm of maaaaaany issues at once. I shouldn't be here right now. Anyway, yup, a lot of attacks on us today :( "Good" way to wipe out humanity, huh? I'm always better with sauna, fasting, ivermectin and antihistamines, buuuuuut type I diabetic who can't feel her lows and its not from poor diet, but it makes it all more confusing. MCAS can cause histamine intolerance. You will notice histamine symptoms from high histamine foods or allergens. MCAS symptoms can be caused from anything and everything, scents, activity, temperature, supplements, the list goes on.

I had that 5 times, but because I had a severe case of cvd in march 2020, no shots (being left with severe illness and no medical help told me a big NO on the shots, but I was against even the flu shot because I never believed it was about health and safety. as a nurse, and a patient, I saw too much). I don't think the Vit C will help with the shot because you didn't get the infection. The virus is NOT in the shot, only the spikes which are not viral. So, you need to get rid of the spikes. For that, since my antibodies were sky high and still are, 4.5 years later, EBOO (blood filtering), sauna, etc. I'm sorry to hear. It's been so hard for so many of us!!
