This is my 2nd night listening to this video. I haven't lost any weight yet but a huge victory already when I went to the grocery store & initially got chips & decided to put them back & get fruit instead.
I've had no extra snacking which is normally my whole diet! I'm eating till I'm full when usually I overeat.

Update: I having very Vivid weird dreams which were kind of disturbing. Tried another similar video but same thing happened. Not sure if this is the correlation between the video or not but I stop listening to the video.
Okay ya'll..I started listening October 1......every night I listen to it till I go to sleep I've also listened to few others. But I'm glad and so happy to tell all yall this is amazing.....56 lbs down in 6 months only 13 to go. So for results listen every night I did miss probably a week of listening all together the past 6 month's. Good luck yall.

I’ve been listening for 3 days now. I couldn’t weigh myself as my scales have broken down, so I measures myself instead. Bust gone down 2cm, waist gone down 3cm and my hips, which is my worst area have also gone down by 3cm. I am delighted and I am going to keep it up until I reached my goal. I don’t even feel hungry anymore. Don’t even feel like eating. I don’t do exercise for now, as I have injured my back, which needs to heal first, but I do go for short walks as long walks hurt my back. Can’t wait to see what happens in a few days time. I am so exited. Thank you.
That is a fantastic reduction. At the end of the 7 days you can re-listen if you are not at your goal weight, Just stop when you are ready. Once stopped if you ever find a bad habit drifting back in begin re-listening again for 7-14 days.
HI Helen, I have been listening to this weight loss hypnosis each night since the beginning of October (around 3 weeks) and I have actually lost 6 kg, have a lot more energy and feel so much better and happier. I want to move and walking minimum 10k steps each day is something I look forward to.

Its been 4 days since i begin to listen to this video. I lost also 4 kg. I dont know if it from this video but i feel i have more control of what i eat. I excercise /workout and i do a diet. Also the willpower not to eat junkfood and shit. Hope this video works for everybody just like it did for me
I very rarely make comments either but I just had to. I listened to this after Christmas and since then I have lost at least 6 pounds. I don't think about food so much, when I have eaten lunch/dinner I don't think I want more so start snacking. I have been making better choices when shopping, I've joined another exercise class and have been walking rather than driving when I can. Thank you. Now can you do one to attract love :o)

Oh and I didnt exercise...just walked once a week for bout hr. You start making better and healthier choices slowly real slow you dnt even know your doing it. But into bout my 4 month i was eating better foods all the time and actually eating my problem wasn't cravings or overeating i gained from not eating i would go days not eating but I dudnt feel hungry either I wasn't starving myself just didnt have appetite bug when I did eat wasn't very good foods this caused me to gain along with menopause...Haha....but this you have to do . I'm going to listen 6 more months and I'll give yall a update then.

This works, but try to stay awake at least once (during your 1 week or 2 weeks etc... ) until the part we’re you imagine yourself thin. You need to see yourself, and after that,before you fall asleep, on all the other days, just think about that image and bring it to your consciousness then you can fall asleep. It works!
Great advice. If anyone finds themselves falling asleep before thinking of themselves think then just take a moment right now to imagine yourself as thin as you want to be and see clearly how you will look and move and happiness on your face.

Okay I have done this for a week and lost at least 5 pounds. I don’t eat the same at al. Still need need to get rid of a bit more surgar. Among other things I don’t eat all the time. I really do get hungry and I usually don’t feel overly full when I do it. Can hardly wait to see where this takes me. So it is easy and actually saves money!

I listen to this and a few others for the last 2 weeks or so. Im down 5lbs. We went out to dinner last night and I only ate half my plate. Normally that thing is all gone. This doesnt just make eating better tolerable it makes you want to eat better.
For breakfast I'll have a half a low sugar yogurt with homemade granola and halved sliced banana.
For lunch a slice of bread, peanut butter with other half of banana sliced.
Dinner some kind of meat (fish, chicken, steak) with vegetables. I go heavier on my dinner.
Dessert. Grilled banana with honey and brown sugar. I love bananas.
It is too much sugar and fat. Take the peanutbutter of and take naturally yogurt without sugar. You can take honey.
A.B Taner Fat is very good for you. Eating low fat is an older ideal. However sugar is definitely not great and they did have a lot of sugar in their diet.
I lost 10 pounds after 2 weeks of listening to this but also used other subs

So I don't over eat, I actually undereat, an I need to eat more good carbs, I never feel hungry an it's been that 2ay since I had my daughter November 2008. Ever since I gave birth to her I had to remind myself to eat at least 3 times a day, but when I got done breast feeding, I just stopped reminding myself. No I'm not anerexic, it is the flap or valve in your stomach that tells you when you are hungry satisfied or full, mine got jammed or stuck while I was pregnant, an ever since I was 22 I have had issues with losing weight, even more so now I'm over 30.... I hope an pray this works since everything else I have tried has either not done the truck or the new eating habits would start to work then stopped an I gained it back. I stay as positive as possible and keep moving forward but I really want get back to a healthier weight for my height. Thanks for you all being here, I know we all have different struggles day to day, but in this we are all together an united to try to make a healthier life for ourselves! You are all beautiful and stunning individuals! Never forget it!

It's working for me. I've listened each night for the 7 days and I just started not thinking about food during the day. I don't know how it works but I'm eating less and my wasteband is definitely looser. It works but if I don't eat the calories I need I'm buzzing. Cannot sleep. Post menopausal. I'm gaining weight as cortisol through low calorie intake causes weight gain.
Busy job as a nurse and feel wrecked when in calorie defecit.
Virginia Collin this should work not as calorie intake but what you eat. For example, I’d eat something bad which is less calories than something good, e.g. Turkey sandwich and salad.

I'm somewhat confused, please tell me difference between this 7 day meditation and the 15 day meditation for losing weight as I'm unsure which one to use ... ? (This recording was made Aug 18 and the other Nov 18)
Obviously the focus of both lose weight meditations is for you to lose weight, however they vary slightly in their delivery and content. If you think 7 days is enough time for you to achieve your goal of losing weight and/or achieving the mindset of eating healthy etc. or you find your personality prefers a longer time, ie 15 days to get on track. I suggest you listen to both and repeat the one that inspires and resonates with you most. You can listen to any of the recordings longer than suggested. Repeat listening is the key to achieving your results. Good luck.

Start is as you go to bed and let yourself fall asleep while it is still playing.
All you videos are about eating less and no junk food or soda. I do not eat any sugar, NONE! I don’t over eat. I don’t eat anything with flour. So no unhealthy carbs. I live pretty much on salads. I eat at the most two meals a day intermediate fasting I practice this every day. I’ve listened to your videos for three weeks now and haven’t lost. Is there another one that might apply to me that I haven’t found? I don’t eat fast food. I cook for me and my family clean food. Please help I really want this to work!
I was in exactly the same conditions. The only thing that might help is eating less, esp. cutting healthy fats during the 1st meal, since the body is most receptive to store them this moment. Lean breakfast. There can be more facts during the 2d meal providing there are exercises after it in the evening. This is what helped me to go through the platoue

Is there any point listening to this in addition to the other videos with the same title? I listen to 30 minute one first followed by three of your hour long ones, al with the same title. I’m usually asleep while these are being played. Wondering if I should stick to all of these 3 or just the one and combine with trying others. As I only have limited hours to sleep. Your response would be much appreciated. Thank you
It is personal preference really - when writing the scripts I write for the person to listen to the same recording daily for as many days as suggested. However if you like to listen to more than one recording that is ok. Also listening for longer than suggested is good too. If you like to listen the whole evening then you could put the one recording on a loop. I would suggest sticking with one recording daily and if you want to add another recording add just 1 more. You can change the recording you add but I would listen for 7 days before changing a recording. I listened last night but realized this morning that when this one was done, another video played all the way through. How do I set it up so that just this video plays? Do I have to subscribe to UA-cam?
Turn off your auto-play, it should be a little blue switch below the subscription box, turns grey when it's off

going by the English used in your question I think you will understand enough - I suggest you try for a few nights - you will probably learn some new words too :)
I am scandinavian, but I understand what I need to. Some say the subconscious mind understand every language. Hypnotist Paul McKenna told in one of his audiobooks that he had been playing his own hypnosis in Russian, he is british and do not speak russian (I think it was russian). He lost weight with his own hypnosis. But having an idea of what you listen to is perhaps nice. Have you tried also searching for hypnosis on youtube in your own language.

Ashle ninel no you just fall asleep to it and your subconscious will keep listening. It’s working for me so far! Haven’t felt much appetite since I listened twice while sleeping

Very exciting for Day no. 7 ! If you can write down EVERYTHING that you eat each day. And then, if you like you can drop 1 item you eat daily or half it and 7 days from you then you will be lighter again !
