    2 and a half months on keto, fasting, walking, and listening to these weight loss hypnosis at bed time. I've released 20 lbs, and 5 inches around my waist. And now decided to train for a half marathon coming up in the fall.

    Helen, could you please do one for longer intermittent fasting. i started with 16/8 5 years ago & i can easily do up to 25 hours now but i would like to try a longer fast for the stem cell benefits. i LOVE your sessions, you have the loveliest voice for it. i’ve tried other people but always come back to you. now i’m going to just stick with yours & stop trying others.

    I have been listening for a week now and I can fast longer thanks to this video. It used to be, I fasted 10-12 hours but couldn’t push beyond that. Now I can push longer. Plus, let’s say I have a meal I can go longer before having the next. I am sure it has to do with this meditation because I had a hard time previously

    I love hypnosis. I used it for child birth 2 times it was amazing. One birth was completely pain free. I've been using another hypnosis for weight loss the past week. Ive lost 4 lb. But i would like to do a fast, like 24 hours or so for the cell regeneration benefits.

    I’ve been listening to another one for 17 days - nothing at all still eat like a horse and need to motivate myself back to the gym😩. So i saw this lastnight i listened and i will switch. I hope this works i feel in such a slump. Ugh. Thanku for sharing this and helping people feel successful!!
