I started listening 2 weeks ago and no i havent lost any weight yet. What I can say is that I started a workout regimen 4 days ago out of nowhere and am actually enjoying it. I am also eating about half what I was and I am overly full even still. It is working in subtle and easy ways that hopefully will have positive effects.
Update: I listened to this for about three weeks straight every night then stopped. I have continued working out pretty regularly but even more is that I am eating so much slower than I used to and actually chewing my food properly. This means I get full and even have leftovers most meals. I can only attribute these changes to this program because I'm not doing anything else during this time. Hopefully this helps someone. 🙏
I wasn't sure if it worked or not, but I know it does. I'm down 15lbs so far. And I feel great. I don't over stuff myself and eat til I'm uncomfortably full anymore. I love this. Great therapy.
I do notice a difference! In eating slower , drinking more water , if anything 😳 I’m sleeping so much better and not getting up to go to the bathroom during the night !! I’m feeling a lot better ! So yeah I give it a thumbs up!!

@@one-on-one. I just had it playing while sleeping. sometimes i had the headphones in, sometimes i didnt but anytime i would get off track of my diet/fitness i would listen to this again for a week and it would help me get back on track
Me too. When i get really stressed or emotional i will comfort eat. Now i recognize that and can actually step back to remind myself to stop. I usually will do a sleep hypnotherapy session that night and then im back on track. Been at this for 3 years. Kept the weight off too, aside from normal fluctuations up and down of 5 pounds like salt and water, hormonal monthly etc.
After listening just last night, I had a day, today, without any sugar cravings and only ate about half of what I normally do. I'm going to bed with no hunger pangs either. This is not my usual, so I'd say this works!! Going to keep listening every night for a while 😊
I have been using this particular track for less than a week and I'm down 10 pounds. I started at 300 so rapid weight loss at first is common. I dieted for four months and lost zip. So far I've stopped stress eating, almost stopped snacking but the snacks are way more reasonable now, and I'm definitely creating a calorie deficit without hunger or loss of energy. I don't know why this works but it does.
Hmmm when did I start listening to this? A week ago? I knew there was a difference the first day…reasonable portions, stopping when full, contented between meals. Some days only needing two meals. I’m very hopeful about the weight loss and my sleep has been much better, too
@@heyugoofball5681it really does work. I’m VERY slowing losing weight when I listen (most nights). I’m not changing anything, so this is impressive. I wake up and have a desire to do something active, and it’s easy to want to eat healthier foods. It’s so wild how it works, but it does. I feel like consistency is key.

Im hoping to regain my motivation after starting to put a good half stone on, after maintaining my weight loss for 7 years. Started cold water swimming again , and enjoying homemade soup is a start. Food is more than fuel though. Blissful sleep ❤
Huh? Food is not more than fuel. It's just the fuel we need to do what we're really here to do. It was never meant to be the main feature of our lives. It's a tool like any other tool. I guess if you're a chef or cake decorator it would be more than fuel. Interesting thing to think about. 🤷🏻♀️
@@frankG335 that's quite a sad comment. Food is part of a social interaction, family, Xmas friends. It's sharing. Making great things that are challenging. Travelling and tasting new things. Picnics on the beach. Need I go on? I am neither of the things you describe, but I do have friends, family, creativity, desire to learn, and a sense of inquisitiveness that has taken me all over the world . I'm sorry you feel like that. I'll now go and eat some fresh berries and yoghurt for my breakfast in my garden , in the sun.
I’ve been listening for almost two weeks and I’ve noticed positive changes in my eating habits. Not wanting the junk food or fast food and making healthier choices also wanting to be more active. :)

Update!: it’s been over 30 days of listening to this night after night and there has been no change. I am not having less cravings, not eating less, etc. So to update everyone…no it didn’t work. Idk if people are saying it works and it really doesn’t but it didn’t work on me.
The morning after I first listened to this I wanted to weigh myself but the batteries of my scale needed to be changed. I then weighed myself and saw four kg less than the day before ... that wasn't the type of weightloss I aimed for 😁 life is funny sometimes

Why do all hypnosis like this happen around a belief that people who need to lose weight eat unhealthy food, don’t exercise, and just can’t stop eating? When will people stop with the “obesity is your own fault - just eat less, eat better, and exercise and you’ll be fine” attitudes and focus? How about hormones and metabolic function issues, lack of production of glp1 production, disruptions in paychoneuroimmunoendocrine system? When do we get hypnosis for optimum body function that addresses core issues of obesity? Let’s address the core reasons for it - and not assume it is weakness of willpower or caused by eating junk food! People who struggle are super tired of “eat less, eat some salad, exercise more - just lose weight” messages!
The “eat less, eat better, and exercise” sessions work well for a lot of people who do have a behavioral and/or emotional component to their issue. It should be what people try first. If it doesn’t work, then the listener needs to go to the doctor to figure out what the real problem is, because there are so many medical issues that can cause weight problems. And you can’t hypnotize away diabetes, thyroid problems or other medical issues that cause this kind of problem. You need to figure out the medical issue and treat it directly with your doctor. In the meantime, this kind of recording can help you work on the behavioral aspect of the issue. This is the kind of hypnosis that has been scientifically shown to help with weight loss.
Because hypnosis is not magic. Hypnosis helps reprogramming the mind and behaviours, not hormones. To deal with these issues you should see a medical doctor.

Do you have a hypnosis for narcolepsy without cataplexy. Its where the brain thinks its daytime at night and nighttime firming the day. I am on a few medications plus having to drink a bunch of energy drinks in order to have a normal day and keep my job. If you don't have one i would Love if you would be willing to make one

😢 In the middle of this hypnosis, an ad came on, repeatedly saying something like “I have diabetes. I take -- drug to help my diabetes.” I know it wasn’t the content creator who put this ad here but it would so much better to just have the ad in the beginning of the session and not the middle where some of us fall asleep.

It is information that we are not actively aware of in the moment, but that can influence us nonetheless, such as things that are heard, seen or remembered. The unconscious mind, on the other hand, is a term coined by Freud to refer to a part of the mind that cannot be known by the conscious mind, and includes socially unacceptable ideas, wishes and desires, traumatic memories and painful emotions that have been repressed.... So they may be used interchangeably..... Freudian Psychoanalysts would therefore speak of the unconscious...
I am certified in hypnotherapy and the school is based in the UK. There, they often say “unconscious”, whereas in the US, we use “subconscious”. At first I was confused too, but they are used interchangeably.
make one without assuming you know the correct diet...eg fasting..most of us dont have time to eat bkfst lunch & dinner..diet should be our choice..of healthy foods. ect sugar addictions..intermittent fasting without eating at night etc so what is best for our body type. i woke up with BS in my ear..3 meals per day was not how our bodies were built
I did not found one hypnosis that helped. I think, that's because no one of these hypnoses includes the energetic part. If only " eat less" would help, you don't need hypnosis. And the most slim persons eat " normal". I went to the gym and ate what you call "healthy" for 2 years but still could not let go of my weight. And if you starve and make sports every day to lose weight, you gain it back in that moment you try to relax from this lifestyle. There are so many psychic and energetic reasons to hold on to that weight....they have to be cleared too.

🫂🫂🫂 I feel your pain, and I am sorry. Being a female at any age is difficult because of body image, but it is soo difficult for younger girls with all of the perfect images they see--- even their dolls! Children are cruel in their name calling, and some adults don't realize the damage that their words cause. Some of those adults know and just don't care. To the day he passed, my dad refused to believe that calling me 'thunder thighs' as a nickname was hurtful. 😢 I'll never forgot 6th grade-it's when my self image and self esteem crumbled and threw me into a downward spiral of self hatred, extreme yo-yo dieting, and an unhealthy relationship with food. The school nurse was weighing everyone in the hall. After my turn, she announced my weight to everyone in line, and then started laughing at me! She went on to tell me that I looked pathetic, and that she'd never weighed that even when pregnant. (I was 5'6, 140. I was developed & looked like a pre- teen's head had been placed on a woman's body). When I began to cry, she told me that I deserved to cry and that I should be ashamed of myself, as well. The rest of the lecture is to this day a blur because I retreated into my embarrassment, but I know that I heard words like 'worthless & ugly', and phrases like 'no normal boy will ever date you'. I didn't tell anyone because she made it pretty clear that it was my fault. She was an adult, after all, why would I have doubted her? Prior to that incident, even with Dad's nickname that he only called me at home, I had never dieted...because I thought that I looked ok. Looking back at pics, I DID look ok...more than ok, but I didn't feel that way again until I was in college & had lost 35lbs....which actually made me too thin.🥴 At 54, I have now gained enough weight that would probably cause that nasty old nurse to have a heart attack. Rheumatoid arthritis has made it impossible to run any longer, & the meds make weight gain extremely easy. However, I am now mature & love myself enough not to spiral, but I still need to get 20 off so that my joints aren't as painful. I'm sorry that I've rambled. I've never told anyone about the nurse and how she sent me down a road of self loathing & eating disorders. I guess it just needed to come out.🙄 I hope that you feel good about yourself now! You deserve too!

36:01 i drank extra water today and exercised walking 30 minutes tomorrow morning strength train.

7kg in 10 days is extremely fast. Unless you are morbidly obese, that is unhealthy.

Starting today on June 5th, 2024. I'm currently 5' 5" and 170 lbs.
Starting today on June 7,2024 at 1:45 am. I’m currently 5”2 and 177 lbs.
I wish I weighed 170 but my ideal weight is 127 and I’ve got along road to haul still ! I’m at 222 and pure misery from thyroid removed !

Do you have a hypnosis for narcolepsy without cataplexy. Its where the brain thinks its daytime at night and nighttime firming the day. I am on a few medications plus having to drink a bunch of energy drinks in order to have a normal day and keep my job. If you don't have one i would Love if you would be willing to make one
YOU DEFINITELY ARE NOT ALONE DARLING!!! ❤I have had narcolepsy without cataplexy or incontenence, for over 25 years & it is rough after working many different shifts & jobs in the medical field, such as Paramedic 48 on /72 off with calls at all hours, & on call shifts , & overnights at the hospital & days at the clinic & hospital… All the different shifts for over 20 years has TOTALLY FRIED THAT PART OF MY BRAIN IN CONTROL OF THE Circadian Rhythm!!! 😢 In the middle of this hypnosis, an ad came on, repeatedly saying something like “I have diabetes. I take -- drug to help my diabetes.” I know it wasn’t the content creator who put this ad here but it would so much better to just have the ad in the beginning of the session and not the middle where some of us fall asleep.

I am certified in hypnotherapy and the school is based in the UK. There, they often say “unconscious”, whereas in the US, we use “subconscious”. At first I was confused too, but they are used interchangeably.
make one without assuming you know the correct diet...eg fasting..most of us dont have time to eat bkfst lunch & dinner..diet should be our choice..of healthy foods. ect sugar addictions..intermittent fasting without eating at night etc so what is best for our body type. i woke up with BS in my ear..3 meals per day was not how our bodies were built

I did not found one hypnosis that helped. I think, that's because no one of these hypnoses includes the energetic part. If only " eat less" would help, you don't need hypnosis. And the most slim persons eat " normal". I went to the gym and ate what you call "healthy" for 2 years but still could not let go of my weight. And if you starve and make sports every day to lose weight, you gain it back in that moment you try to relax from this lifestyle. There are so many psychic and energetic reasons to hold on to that weight....they have to be cleared too.

🫂🫂🫂 I feel your pain, and I am sorry. Being a female at any age is difficult because of body image, but it is soo difficult for younger girls with all of the perfect images they see--- even their dolls! Children are cruel in their name calling, and some adults don't realize the damage that their words cause. Some of those adults know and just don't care. To the day he passed, my dad refused to believe that calling me 'thunder thighs' as a nickname was hurtful. 😢
I'll never forgot 6th grade-it's when my self image and self esteem crumbled and threw me into a downward spiral of self hatred, extreme yo-yo dieting, and an unhealthy relationship with food. The school nurse was weighing everyone in the hall. After my turn, she announced my weight to everyone in line, and then started laughing at me! She went on to tell me that I looked pathetic, and that she'd never weighed that even when pregnant. (I was 5'6, 140. I was developed & looked like a pre- teen's head had been placed on a woman's body). When I began to cry, she told me that I deserved to cry and that I should be ashamed of myself, as well. The rest of the lecture is to this day a blur because I retreated into my embarrassment, but I know that I heard words like 'worthless & ugly', and phrases like 'no normal boy will ever date you'.
I didn't tell anyone because she made it pretty clear that it was my fault. She was an adult, after all, why would I have doubted her? Prior to that incident, even with Dad's nickname that he only called me at home, I had never dieted...because I thought that I looked ok. Looking back at pics, I DID look ok...more than ok, but I didn't feel that way again until I was in college & had lost 35lbs....which actually made me too thin.🥴
At 54, I have now gained enough weight that would probably cause that nasty old nurse to have a heart attack. Rheumatoid arthritis has made it impossible to run any longer, & the meds make weight gain extremely easy. However, I am now mature & love myself enough not to spiral, but I still need to get 20 off so that my joints aren't as painful.
I'm sorry that I've rambled. I've never told anyone about the nurse and how she sent me down a road of self loathing & eating disorders. I guess it just needed to come out.🙄 I hope that you feel good about yourself now! You deserve too!
