    TIME TO WEIGH IN HAHA... Really I've been listening almost nightly for June. I have lost 3 lbs but I have made it to this week, 7 DAYS AT THE GYM.. after the 1st night i caught a craving to work out. i am doing TONING TABLES and as many know, you really lose inches, and my pants are lose and i can see a difference. working on that upper ab, it is stubborn, like never before. not giving up. i find that the messages come to me even while i am eating, to SLOW DOWN, DRINK WATER, CHOOSE HEALTHIER, WORKOUT.. OMG I LOVE IT. CONFIRMING THIS IS A MUST DO IF YOU WANT TO KICK START A LAZY PAST .. in my case over 3 years not motivated to workout, now i wanna try every gym in town just because, but my main one is working wonders for me

    Fell asleep to this last night and woke up today feeling like a BOSS ! Didn't want any of the usual crappy food, rejected it all and wanted fruit & salad - SO NOT ME ! This is fantastic. I'm donna do it every night - best summer body ever !

    Dont usually comment on videos and have been listening to this channel for 6 months and have lost 12 kg, no exercises. Don’t know when it changed but I am actually enjoying food and eat when I really need to eat compared to having food on mind all day. Keep coming back so dont fall off the wagon.

    Day 17, I am so excited that I am on day 17 and have kicked the pop drinking addiction! Drinking at least 80 oz of water and my skin and face loves it. I’m seeing a slight weight loss but it’s only been 17 days. Can’t wait to see what 1 month will feel like. Thanks you.

    Been doing this meditation every night for just over 2 weeks lost about 8 or 9 lbs so far! Need to lose another 28 lbs and I’ll be happy.

    Something crazy happened.....I listened to this and something finally clicked. I have been slowly listening to self hypnosis from other sources but I listened to this last night.... Today there was food left on my plate I went shopping just for the exercise of walking around out of the heat and when I came home nothing I bought was sugar filled or bad for me..... I'm in awe!!!! Thank you

    I've listened to this for just over a week and have found that I'm feeling more like my old self, more bubbly and happy and body positive. I've also had a tough day and work which would have caused me to turn heavily to comfort food, but managed to ignore those thought and sticked to my planned meals. Thank you so much!     Your a sorcerer or magician! Not only am I eating less, drinking more water and sleeping better, I actually got off my backside today and joined in just dance with the kids. It's only day 4 for me but positive changes are afoot 😁

    I’m listening to this before I go to sleep and first thing when I wake up. Yesterday I picked up my favourite chocolate after not eating for a few hours. At first I thought well I haven’t eaten since lunch and I stopped myself, I wasn’t actually hungry.. and I put it back in the wrapper 😳 I haven’t had self control like that in at least 5 years! Sad to say but true. Feels good to be in control of cravings and bad habits 💪

    Be been doing this for around 2.5 months and I’ve lost 8 pounds. Doesn’t seem like much but I’m not super heavy I just have about 20 extra pounds of baby weight. I do make better decisions. Less snacking and full quickly and I tend to not over eat or stress eat. But I eat anything I want. I also walk 2 times daily. And don’t want to miss a day.
