    Have done the entire 15 days. I have no desire for junk food and no desire to snack. I have lost 7 lbs.

    Idk if this is what helped me or not but from what I remember this is where I started I just wanted to come back and say I’ve lost 80 pounds now I’m at a healthy weight and am very happy :)

    I’ve used these videos as needed the last year. I’m down 129lbs. I started out listening every night as I slept and after a few weeks I was good and now I listen if I find myself struggling. It helps so much.

    Umm I’ve been listening to lots of different hypnotic videos and I find my self coming back for this particular video. I’ve been listening to it for almost 2 months and I find getting up to exercise is easier, saying no to junk food got easier, I’m more conscious about what I put in my mouth. I’ve lost 30 lbs and it seemed easy to do ! I do recommend this video 💯
