Xpeng is way more interesting right now their growth goes faster.
XPeng for me.
I have both. Now let's see what happens.
My eyes are on Mobileye IPO and NIO partnership. Keep the content coming! Love your channel!
Thanks! Will do!
Nio for the win! I really hope that the coming months would be better for the stock, as I see tremendous growth potential
Im a holder of both and have really mixed feelings about the stock price future.
When you see a falling knife like this its very discouraging. But hopefully patience will pay off.
It will pay off, this is just a test.
Looking at NIO’s recent October deliveries compared to Xpeng’s is just showing the strength of NIO’s 3 new models this year, & European expansion IMHO. Especially the ET5 being in more of a mass market price. The valuation & their numbers are just crazy compared to other US based EV/Legacy automakers.. Nio has a market cap of $16B & delivered 82434 EV’s Jan-Sept. Q2 cash is $8.1B, debt $1.8B, Q2 loss $409m, & Q2 earnings of $1.53B, Nio has enough cash at current cash burn rates to last them until Q2 2026!! Expected profitability is by 2024 for the full year!! not bad for a company that is 8yrs old right? Nio has out delivered gm,ford, lucid, & rivian in the first 9 months of the year combined! 82434 vs 79659! Compared to lucid who only delivered 3321 EV’s in the first 9 months of the year! Has a MC of $23B, $7B higher than NIO’s!! Q2 cash $4.6B, debts $2B, Q2 loss $1.7B, Q2 revenue of $97m.. I know that Nio has been listed in 2018 directly not using a spac like lucid.. I am assuming that the numbers are accurate. Now if they are, then NIO undervalued compared to lucid & lucid isn’t even in the same league as far as numbers go..
Good video.. I like Nio and Tesla... How do you view them short term and long term.. The fundamental analysis is good and helpful... A fair bit of interpretation.. ie.. they are not profitable?.. When do you think that will change?
It will change with scale. They need to grow revenues, establish sticky manufacturing lines and cut off the fat when they approach break-even EBITDA margins. And as we know, stocks can still outperform even if they are not profitable - it depends on what investors are willing to pay for the business

@@edwards2990 how much have h made since then ?
thanks a lot 👍
Most welcome!
Well done!!!
NIO is the best. Battery loses its capacity to hold charge over time, so the electrical vehicle loses value with time much faster. It is smart to buy NIO which has battery swapping service. if you buy another brand EV, you will throw your car in to thrush in 8 years since you cant swap the battery with other brands!!!
Make another stem video when earning come out thanks bro
Ask your self how will you feel when their stocks both will be great growing up and you will get them flying car or autonomous taxi what take you to your favorite place? You have answer.
NIO
Nio obviously
Ive got Tesla , Xpeng and Nio and Blink. Ford too as it attempts to dip into the EV market
Im laughing at all off ya 😂😂😂😂
nio nio
by the numbers U give . LI has the best Number for Gross profit $13,213,000 GREATER THEN NIO . but U give the credit to NIO .
? WHY . NIO has had only (1) + positive earning's report since listing . AT THE BEGINNING OF TIME . WAS THAT BC or AD ...
We’ll see disappointing delivery numbers in October.. that sucks
Why are we focusing on just month rather than the whole quarter
@@eliweiss5119 because if monthly deliveries are sh** I don’t know how quarterly deliveries should be good!!!
@@lucaantetomaso2969 ur not making any sense lol
Both cars look good but stocks wise not good. They both face delisting in the US in 2023. Both companies are losing money now. They both want to enter Europe, but looking at Nio sales in Norway paints the gloomy picture when it expands to other countries in Europe.
I don't understand why you're saying this. NIO is delivering far more vehicles to its customers than XPENG. Norway's car sales to population is not bad for the newly advanced NIO. For your information, only 11 Tesla units have been sold so far this month, while 61 NIO have been sold. Of course, Xiaofeng's grades are as bad as Tesla's, only 11 units were sold.
@@0505naya Why don't you read my comment again? They both face delisting in the US in 2023 which is few months away, look at the stocks now, down another 12% in one day and 52 week low. I see people always pick one month figure or a particular quarter for their argument. Tesla sales in Norway is number one while Nio is rock bottom below top 10. Tesla doesn't ship its car every month to Norway which is why there's up and down. Xpeng Jan-Aug 2022 sales is higher than Nio, even though Nio August sales is higher than Xpeng (probably due to new models for Nio).
@@johdo9953 In 2022, 798 units of NIO have been sold so far, while 563 units of XPENG have been sold, what is the basis for claiming that the number 563 is more than 798? As of September (83 units) + October, Nio is selling 144 units and XPENG is selling 26 + 11 = 37 units. NIO's sales from January to August are 798-144 = 654 units, and XPEG's sales are 563-37 = 526 units. So your statement is NOT a fact-based argument. Of course, some of your statements are true: Tesla is Norway's best-selling vehicle right now. However, only 11 cars have been sold this month, so I'm trying to say it's bumpy: In September, 3,675 Tesla units were sold, 2,480 units were sold by September 20, but in October, only 11 were sold. And I want you to stop saying that NIO & XPENG will be delisted. If that happens, the possibility is slim because the U.S. economy will also collapse.
@@0505naya Why would US economy collapse when two Chinese EV be delisted? I can't laugh hard enough😂Do you know how many Chinese EV went bankrupt in the past 5 years? Also I was talking about Nio and Xpeng sales in China. Why would I care about sales under 1000 units for 9 months?! It's so insignificant in the automotive business.
@@johdo9953 There are more than 600 electric vehicle companies in China, and few of them will survive. But what we need to point out here is that NIO will definitely enter the surviving company. Let me explain why.
1. Recognition: Do you know what people around the world think of when they think of electric vehicles in China? It will be Warren Buffett's BYD, and NIO/XPENG/LI Auto, and Geery/Beijing/Great Wall. Other companies have not yet been exposed to the extent that they don't even know which brand they are.
2. Building a charging & replacement infrastructure: As you know, NIO will launch a 500 kwh fast charging facility later this year and has built 1,200 battery swap stations.
3. Self-driving: First-generation vehicles will join hands with Intel's Mobile Eye to showcase Robo-Taxi, while second-generation vehicles will join hands with Nvidia to introduce Level 4 self-driving from 2023.
4. Quality and Design: NIO has topped JD Power's evaluation for the past five years in a row.
5. Price: You can buy it at a price other than batteries with BAAS, so you can buy it cheaper than vehicles, and even though it is an expensive vehicle in China, you receive government subsidies.
6. The advent of ET5: Before the 2019 Tesla Model 3, Tesla was a permanent deficit group. The stock price remained stagnant for more than a decade, and as soon as Model 3 came out, the stock price jumped more than 10 times a year later. Although NIO is still in the red, the ET5 with high performance & design/quality, which is similar to the price of Model 3, will bring a big return.
7. Propaganda in Norway: Norway is a little different from the rest of Europe, but obviously it's different from China, where battery replacement is working. More than 90% of buyers have purchased their vehicles with BAAS.
8. Surge in demand for electric vehicles: It is obvious that demand for electric vehicles will expand rapidly, as environmentally friendly vehicles are preferred worldwide. I recently bought Model Y, but I don't think I can go back to the internal combustion engine.
9. Increasing in the number of employees: In 2019, the number of employees in NIO was reduced to about 6,000 to 7,000 but now it is over 15,000. We have heard that local personnel or buildings such as Europe and the United States are being hired or built.
10. The newly constructed Neo Park can produce a total of 1 million units, and now it can produce 300,000 units. Here, there was news that only one ET5 vehicle was being produced, and the pre-order volume was as much as 200,000.
11. I'm not saying that only the two stocks of NIO and XPENG will be delisted, but these two stocks are what Xi Jinping calls the vanguard of tech stocks, and if they collapse, all the rest of the stocks listed in the U.S. will leave the U.S., so the U.S. is not good either. Because Apple, Tesla, and other companies are importing or exporting goods to China.
Now xeng is 7, nio is 11, sh*t
I'm loading up.
XPEV is down more
And?

Last I checked I don't control the stock price, all I can see are discounts when the price is below my cost basis
So it means better potential. i own both. Buy xpeng is still my favourite
Surely you jest. Tesla is the only king of EVs -- everywhere. And the present buying opportunity is the best you will see. I own Nio, Xpeng, BYD, Tesla, and Hyundai, and I wish I only owned Tesla at this point. They are the present and future of EV everywhere. And they are the only company that actually makes a profit on each vehicle without gov. subsidies.
I have Tesla NIO Lucid Xpeng and use to own LI. But I do feel I have too many EV stocks
Tesla is a creation of government subsidies. You do not make any sense! The Chinese Communist Party will make sure NIO and Xpeng outsell Tesla in China.
@@danieldeblasio9368 Government subsidies play a minute part in Tesla's profits at this point. Tesla makes more per unit than any other OEM except Mercedes. Get some real facts outside of your gov propaganda that has you fenced in.
@@SkyRiver1 You do not understand China or CCP. There is no way Tesla will outsell Chinese EV companies in China in the future. The CCP will favor their own companies. Good Luck! Lmao.
@@danieldeblasio9368 Who sells the most BEVs in China? The answer is Tesla plain and simple. If you find that reason to LMAO it's because you need some reason to express your stupidity. BYD is second, but their cars suck in comparison.
