It actually does exist i remember seeing that weapon on a soldier player that actually did ban a hacker that joined the game but it banned on kill not hit. This was several years ago so idk if it still exists ;-;

On miss: Vac yourself, idiot!
Equip this on a x-1 sever and ban everyone except you.
On x1000 ban 1000 accounts, if you miss you delete 1000 accounts from yourself
On a x10 server on hit eradicate the entire human race on miss the universe gets destroyed
on a X1000000 sever on hit = ban the entire class that the player is playing as

maldonadocruzm Burning Gibus does not exist, but a Beams one exists. Ronald_D_D has it, dunno anymore what bug he found to get it. If I recall correctly, Valve used to give out random hats with random effects, as wished by the reporter of a certain game-breaking bug. The first ever person who did that requested a Sunbeams hat (don't know what hat it was) and since then, every bug reporter went with sunbeams to keep up with the legacy of the first ever Bug report-awarded unusual.
Until someone asked for an Unusual Wiki Cap, which is only for contributors of the TF2 wiki, that request made Valve stop the random unusuals and they released a shitty "Finders Fee", an ugly cap you get with an effect of your choice if you found an exploit.
Ronald reported the bug where you could get more than 40 letters in a description tag. Not game breaking but still worthy of an unusual I guess.

+Halfzard I did notice that in the trivia when researching this video. PRETTY sure it's a joke, but ya never know. Robin did activate the Valve Rocket Launcher in that series so could be true
I think the joke is that Notch would take more damage from Robin Walker himself, but I could be remembering that wrong. XD

Clockwork Helm is a really nice cosmetic. They should make it a normal drop item.

Based on screenshots of Valve Jill I've seen on r/tf2, he frequently uses a Valve Tomislav. Though unlike the valve rocket laucher, this one has no special attributes

Robin is one of the original team fortress creators I believe. He’s beyond just someone that worked on the game a lot.
no when gabe actually played team fortress 2 any weapon he holds when it kills you bans you from that server until the next match rotation, the ban hammer is true he used it once AS A SPY!!!!
4:47 Actually, Valve doesn’t award people any Unusual for reporting important economy-breaking bugs anymore.
Instead, they give you a “Finder’s Fee” hat with an Unusual effect of your choosing.

They do this because people abused the old system by asking for things like the Top Notch, etc.
It’s a shame. The Finder’s Fee isn’t the coolest-looking hat in the game.

Oh my god... That poor medic standing there as the "No Entry" gate to spawn closed on him. he just stood there, burning; his eyes filled with defeat and regret. He snaps back to sanity for a brief moment and has the epiphany "If im gonna die, Im gonna go down fighting!" And he was swiftly swept away.
I could swear i saw someone with the Storm Spirit's Jollyhat back in the day. I remember even checking their equipped items to confirm it, but I either didn't screenshot it or I've lost the screenshot on an old computer. But I am almost a 100% sure that was it. It was long before the other similar looking hat was added to the game.
I’ve played in the same game as Notch, with that hat, but it was so long ago and I was so young I didn’t know. I remembered searching it up on steam community market because I also wanted one lol

Clock works helm I saw an engineer wearing it a few years ago in degroot keep when it was on quickplay
I owned the dueler not long ago. It didn’t have a custom name,description or paint attached to it. It also automatically gets put on all your classes and takes hats and anything that’s near your head off and u have to put em all back on after that days over.
Waltzer has a good video on some more of these.

There are also the custom unusual rewards for reporting the game breaking bugs like the gift-a-pult = key glitch. One has a sunbeams max's head, which would have to be one of the best items to have in unusual form as far as all class miscs go. It's also unobtainable, because Valve is smart enough to make these special items untradeable etc.

a couple weeks back me and my younger cousin were just browsing through some of the obtainable hats through other game achievements. We've seen a TON of no-longer obtainable hats through normal way (or even weapons a certian quality) due to it only being able to be gotten as a Pre-order bonus or it just decayed through time. (such as the Genuine AWP for pre-ordering CS:GO)
+SanicPL Kritzkast will give a hat to people who do notable things for TF2 and/or appear on their show. As far as I know they can still be given out!

Bugfinders no longer get their choice of Unusual hat. They now get the Finder's Fee with their choice of Unusual effect.
I do remember quite a few years ago playing on the map with the large bride (overpass I think) with notch wearing the hat, I loved minecraft at this time but simply did not know that only notch had that hat I do regret not talking to him but he was playing heavy and he was playing well lol

i saw an engie with the clockwerks helm back in 2014 but i dont have a screen shot of it because at the time just thought it was a hat like any other.

A long time ago, i was on a server and a pyro had the valve flamethrower, it would crit after kills and reflect much faster than usual, also seemed to give the pyro health back

llorTA toN I played a server like that years ago. It ran a beta version of cp_orange, and every player got to use the Valve weapons. Every one of them was a primary weapon except the Spy, which was a Valve Knife. The admin was banned and the server was shut down.
I actually have seen someone with the Sniper's Snipin' Glass back back in 2012. I still have a picture of them with it on my steam profile.
I've had the dueler three times now (all a few months apart), and all three times it has been without any customization - no name tags, no paint, no desc tags

I actually seen someone wearing a gifting hat for a gifting man in a pub the other day. And if anyone is wondering no there was no paint on it but from what I remember there was a changed description to it,
I saw someone with the dueler a couple of days ago. They were called Alex and just wore a platinum dueling badge and the hat and ran around as scout killing with a stock scattergun

Balancing the game or actually fixing anything
Over the last 2 years I’ve run into 3 or 4 Engineers with the Clockwork’s Helm though I don’t have any images because I didn’t know it was rare at the time.
I remember back in 2014 meeting someone with a Valve Launcher on a Slender-hunt server.
No one knew how he got it, and he was pretty talkable, but he pretty much flexed it and shot it around.
4:00 I only saw 2 of those, the one on heavy and the one on engi...in casual and x100.
i was on a lobby and a scout had the notch hat, this happened like a year ago and now i know i was playing with notch
My favourite one of a kind hat is the Blizzardy Storm Co-Pilot. My favourite unusual effect and my favourite hat combined, but sadly I will never own it.

I've seen an engine with the clockwork helm actually multiple it's either the same person or they might have just released the hat to the public a while ago i never actually noticed that the hat was soar oak till this video
