I just made this and it's 10/10. I had to make a few changes due to availability. I used corn flower on the chicken and cooked it in the oven on a deep tray with a small amount of oil. I also had to make my own sweet chilly sauce which turned out great but I don't recommend unless you want your whole house to stink of vinegar. Other than that this was an amazing dish that made my girlfriend smile the second she tasted it.
I just had a "guesswork" attempt at making this and it went... well it was really nice, but nothing like crispy chicken. Putting a pin in this one for dinnertime tomorrow!
