I'm not sure about everyone else, but I'd really like to hear some time saving tips. I love the tip about freezing after the first fry and then when ready to eat fry the second time. Are there any more tips you can give around bulk cooking meats and sauces and how to store so I can quickly grab them during the week and just eat?

Same here, I'm cooking healthy vegetable and tofu based dishes all through the week for my family, plus one 'indulgent' dish (i.e. crispy beef, kung po etc) at the weekend. Absolutely stunning recipe! You know the sauce recipe you make? How much of the final product is there. As you add 200ml water and other stuff but obviously you boil it down?
So you use 100ml of it with the actual chicken - is that only a small amount of the mix you make or does it all reduce down to 100ml?
