First Swimming Class for Adult [What to Expect]

Many adults might be anxious attending their first swimming class. They simply do not know what to expect.
In this video I am conducting a swimming class for Jaszmyn. She is a mother of two and not afraid of the water. She already can do a bit of breaststroke and in this first lesson I will fine tune her breaststroke so that she can swim more laps effectively to tone her body.
