Viva Fall River reached out to us a year ago to build a giant map for their maker store, which showcases products and business from all over Fall River. We ended up designing and making a 4' x 3' (that is feet, not inches, or about 32 footballs by 13/10's of a washing machine) laser cut and engraved map out of walnut wood, using lasers, and watercolors (for the... water). Really enjoying the collabs with your wife! I think it resonates since I also escaped the newspaper design world ... always good to see other survivors. BTW, her "overthinking" t-shirt is now on my xmas list. :)

She's in her crazy busy season right now, so hopefully come January, we'll get some other projects lined up we can get some good content on :) Glad to hear you also survived the newspaper design world! Thanks man, much appreciated. I'm going the "Field of Dreams" route - "if you build it, they will come" :) Recently finished the Creator Course with Cam, Jon, Chris, Brad, etc., and did a culling of content, updates across the board to thumbnails, clipping bad intros out, metadata updates, etc., so hopefully YT gets a better idea of what I have here. Highly recommend the course the next time they offer it.
