Idk why but in real life I sound my age and no one says anything but on the phone I sound like a kid. It’s not even a high pitch.. it just sounds like a kid

I sound like age but when i talk with someone whom i feel love i sound automatically change like kids voice 😒

2 simple rules: No uptalk and no vocal fry. That will improve things quite a bit. And bonus: stop saying "like" and "literally" every fourth word.
