Sarusuke Takatsuki Great to hear you are enjoying the routine. In the beginning try and do it 3 times a week. Be very mindful of your body and when you get any sore feeling give your body a rest. When your body is used to it you can start to add extra days. The whole routine is designed to open your hips and make you ankles more flexible so it should help you improve your pubu stance.
