Great video thank you. Nice n up close. I’m confused. The stitch marker, you said at the beginning stitch to put it but isn’t it the last stitch your doing?? Or is it just the wording. I’m just starting to learn.
So a stitch marker is for marking the first stitch of the row because for this technique of crocheting, you don't build up, but it goes in a spiral. For short, a stitch marker is to keep track of the first stitch. I hope I helped

1. Magic ring
2.6 sc into magic ring
3pull magic ring tail
4 inc into first stitch of the round
5stitch marker into 1st stitch of increase
6continue increasing all the way round
7 SC into marker stitch then put marker back into sc you just did

Thsnk you so much I always struggled because I decreased by skipping loops and I always had ugly holes in my ball
@8:14 when you say in the Same stitch do another single crochet, are you putting that in the original first stitch or the first stitch in the second round?
