This is the most underrated guitar lesson of this song! Simply perfect and didactic.
Hear hear.
Superb lesson for beginners 👍👍👍
Just stumbled upon your channel and found the lesson straightforward. I've subscribed and look forward to seeing what else I can learn.
Thanks
Quite an appropriate song in these current times and a song for me to learn. Thanks for posting.
You can "walk" the chords:
Going from Em to G: Index finger on fifth string second fret stays, rotate the middle finger from the fourth string second fret to the sixth string third fret and drop the pinkie and ring fingers down to the first and second strings third fret, respectively.
Going from the G to the D: Ring finger stays on the second string third fret, lift pinkie, index finger moves to third string second fret, middle finger moves to first string second fret.
Going from D to A: Index finger stays on third string second fret but slips toward nut to nest in other two fingers, middle finger to fourth string second fret, ring finger to second string second fret. This tight nesting of fingers helps to get the strings to ring out.
Going back to Em: Middle finger stays on fourth string second fret, lift ring finger, move index finger to fifth string second fret.
Once I got this pattern down, the chord changes were easy because there's always one finger on the fret board so you always know where you are.
Very well done.... thank you.
