Another year, another green drink. It's like deja vu all over again, AGAIN. When you were adding the "little sprinkle" of cayenne, I was thinking to myself "Just dump the whole thing in there." Then you did, I feel responsible now. Loved the use of ruby red grapefruit, my favorite. Recently I made this nut free cheese sauce, and I made a nutty cabbage stir fry. Love the smoothie recipes Chef Ani and will be trying them. With the blueberry i would probably put half blueberries and half blackberries because blackberries have more vitamins, minerals and antioxidants than blueberries. Kiwis have more vitamin C than oranges so they would go into the green smoothie.
Hello best cook in the universe, I loved this mixture of ingredients, fruits and vegetables are very good for our immunity yes, some days I had flu and made a mix of passion fruit, orange and mango drink it and I was fine😊
I am allergic to most fruits and nuts, but they do look delicious! I am going to try making a version of one with the fruits I can eat. Thanks for sharing!
Love these recipes. Just a couple of pointers: Shea seeds should be hydrated first by mixing them in water so that they are soft when you used them because you do not want the seeds to pull water from your body. Flax seeds should be purchased whole and grind them right before you used them because flax meal goes rancid relatibly quicly. All these info can be found at Dr. Gregor's web site. The immune smoothie looks like it would taste amazing. I would add ice and a pinch of salt (to help with the tartness of the grapefruit) to it. 💓
