The rated R superstar Brad Maddox is the best joke in this video
And showcasing the first design of NXT Women's Tittle is also brilliant
When the women's title popped up I died 😂😂💀💀
@Zedrik Allen Maddox and Woods definitely were on the same about something didn't they?
@@sepehrasadi5997 you botched it didn't you? You meant they were on the same page?
@@alpha068 wait you’re talking about how Brad Maddox and Xavier Page both had sexual intercourse with former WWE superstar Paige at the same time aren’t you?
I love the vince pics in these lists they’re all so angry
That's vince's default setting lol
Vince is always angry unless it's farting or vomiting he won't laugh at it
00:13 - 00:14 aint really angry
2:42 Literally choked back laughter at the Chipmunks reference. Oh my god that's brilliant.
lmaooo same
The Divas title edit💀
Make the jokes all you want, the guy is a stud and a freak, if I say so. Also, there are observations that he's too handsome his looks might draw attention away from the other male superstars, so the locker room might have been uneasy with him in it.
If you fired everyone who had a bad match in 2001, the company would only consist of Kurt Angle 😂
Benoit, Jericho, and HHH would also still have jobs.
@@thetribalist6923 Eddie, Regal, Jeff, Matt, Edge, Christian etc. It was just a bad joke let's end it to that.
@@Rosario_Verano I thought it was a funny joke, but those guys in particular were excellent.
@@thetribalist6923 Eh, i would bet every one of those had a less than stellar match in 2001.
@Philip Tucker in terms of match quality, Rock and Austin were reliable but only truly spectacular at Wrestlemania. Its all a matter of opinion though, I personally was excited for Edge and Benoit in 2001, but I'd rarely ever say they gave me an exciting match to watch lol but technically Benoit and Angle were unmatched. However, ultimately...its just a very funny joke...lol
I'm not actually sure how we managed without you delivering wrestling content for 2 years. Lovely to have you back.
Oh dear, my new sleep paralysis demon is Adam Doinkpied at 0:52, why did you have to do that to me Mr Partsfunknown?
Mate hadn’t even clocked that how could you do that to me 😂😂😂
Mr Kennedy's firing really pisses me off, considering that just a couple of years later, Randy Orton damn near killed Samir Singh, and his reaction was to literally laugh about it on camera.
More like a decade later...and honestly Orton's attitude has improved alot from where he was in 2008 where yeah he was a massive asshole. Kennedy also was kind of a jerk off thinking he was alot bigger than he actually was, and honestly his run in TNA as a main event level guy kind of proved the guy was a glorified midcarder
You have to remember that Kennedy also had a bunch of other things going on to. Kennedy himself has admitted that he had a pretty bad attitude. Plus he did get suspended for steroid usage right at the time he was going to get the McMahon child push. After the thing with Orton, they were probably just tired of dealing with him
Orton did have a bad temper but tbf Kennedy should've being more careful with the suplex but then again it's half Randy's fault for having weak shoulders
I never thought Orton's landing even looked all that different from a safe backdrop.
@@lxxvx It went a bit higher then usual and Randy couldn't risk due to his weak shoulder and collarbone honestly shouldn't be wrestling at all if he is that weak
We can now add Big Evil Big Canevil to the long list of nicknames for the Undertaker by Adam Blampied
I hope someone somewhere is keeping track of all of them.
Gruesome Susan does it for me. LOL.
@@nathanhill4245 Someone did put a compilation of them together a while back, including Adam's WhatCulture videos. It's not completely up to date but definitely has enough to warrant a watch.
@Yellow Flash My top two are "Evil Eric" and "Be a Frasier be very a Frasier"
Stuart Pork is my fave
I'm surprised Bart Gunn and his Brawl For All Match with Butterbean wasn't on this list, especially with the all of the interesting backstage politics that went into it.
Man, I really do think if he had better luck and got his act together at the time, Kennedy could have been one of the biggest stars in WWE. His promos back in the day were insanely good
Yeah, Kennedy had boundless potential to have Rock/Austin-like impacts on the industry. It bruises my soul that that opportunity continuously fell flat.
@@GrymmSoul yep
@@GrymmSoul and he was let go over "almost" injuring Randy let that sink in
@@thejoker2846 I guarantee it was a combination of nearly injuring the reigning wwe champ and the fact the dude couldnt stay healthy
@@GrymmSoul for sure the vanilla shitter who's whole gimmick centered around screaming "MRRRRR KEEEENEDY......KENNEDYYyy" was bound to be the next SCSA
"Fighting, crying, making up, fighting, crying, making up, fighting."
The match with the basketball jerseys has a story: the arena wwe was going to use was double booked for the night. The nba stayed while wwe had to move the venue. Vince had the guys wear jerseys of the same teams that were playing as a response.
I loved his Xtreme Basketball Association promo from that night
A lot of people found Kennedy's intro gimmick annoying, but I was not one of them. I LOVED IT. I used to spontaneously announce things to friends, and then stare at them in silence until they tried to say anything, and quickly interrupt them by repeating the last word again Kennedy style.
Jeff's money thing was money he was owed. At times it takes weeks or even months for all money and royalties to come through. He worried that when he left, he may never see all that money, or even any of it... So... He demanded what was owed to him.
According to Jeff "Totally not selling you a ponzi scheme" Jarrett
@TheVolourn WWE want's to sell you shitty TV that you already own. Double J want's to sell you a ponzi scheme. I'm not defending Vince but Jeff is the definition of a used car salesman.
@@Silentaslife Although no one works for "FREE"
@@Silentaslife so jeff shouldve worled for free? Who's to say wwe were actually going to pay him?
@@danieldrayet2364 because vince isnt paul heyman who claims vince owes them money that was promised?
Adam is one of my favourite UA-cam voices and honestly proud to say he's inspired me with my attempts at comedic delivery when doing my videos. So sarcastic but never to the point of annoyance unless it's purposeful
Check it out maybe if you could (lol if you can I mean we'd appreciate it)
@@NolanHockeyPodcast had a quick look at some of your vids. I've added the star wars rebels season 2 review to watch later. I'll give it a watch when I get some time and leave a comment
Bradley J thanks! We are two Canadians so most of it is hockey and quite excited at that haha but hope you enjoy and maybe throw a sub if you can!
Bradley J if you're big into Star Wars I recommend our Mandalorians reactions do pretty well
@@NolanHockeyPodcast I'll give them a look too. I just finished rebels for the first time with my son so it's fresh in my mind
I've always thought it was the dumbest idea to try the WCW relaunch in Tacoma...when they were in Atlanta for the next Monday's Raw!
It's also been conjectured as such. They were in a pro-WWE territory and chose that spot to pilot a show bearing the name of their competitor and featuring two of it's wrestlers for it's championship. Might have stood a bigger chance on a WCW area.
They set it out to fail so they can say that the research didn't go so well.
Booker T stated this so long ago that he knew they had all intentions of making sure this plan failed
@@KillinItKrillin953 don't think thats true to be honest. they planned future WCW shows for 8 month in advance if i remember it right and because of the booker match vince changed his mind over night and they had to cancel all their WCW shows on the same day and rebook them. i think that vince was afraid of risking it because the XFL already failed and he didnt want to have another massive failure in pro wrestling this time
@@shuraito Vince chose Spokane Washington to have WCW take over the last hour of RAW which was pro WWE compared to Atlanta Georgia that was pro WCW where he could've actually held it for it to be a success
That was great, just before you said what Shane would get the video went to an advert, what timing 😂😂
I have been waiting for this weeks list :)
"It's like, if Mad Max Fury Road was directed by Sergio Leone after suffering a major stroke."
I would return to theaters to see this movie.
2:38 I literally died of laughter.
My condolences to your family
ARGH, AN INTERNET GHOST!
RIP Muhammad.
Kennedy is easily one of the biggest missed opportunities..sad that Randy and Cena's behind the scene politics, much like HBK and Triple H, hurt the products future.
All that because of Vince McMahon's hate boner on Stan Kroenke.
Edit: Granted, Kroenke was a piece of garbage but still.
If there's no news on WrestleTalk expect Adam on this channel. Love the videos Adam
Love your videos so much!
Now I can’t stop imagining Buff Bagwell in Kill Bill.
Snuff Buff.
I waited all day for this
You just helped me unlock a memory i didn’t know I had. When I was like 7 or 8, browsing through the old UA-cam, I saw the last ten minutes of the match with teddy hart and Jack evans. He was doing moonsaults off the cage into the ring, I guess to entertain the crowd or something to that extent. But after one moonsault, he just bends over in the corner and just starts puking like crazy. And he was escorted out of the ring
I've always wondered if his behavior and the vomiting might not have occurred because he got a concussion during the match. It's hard to know for sure because Teddy Hart is a complete asshole.
@@BiggieTrismegistus maybe. If you watch the match and a little before the end, teddy does a corkscrew off the top of the cage onto his opponents, followed by Jack Evans not too far after. That may have been the case but you never know with Teddy Hart
The King of the Road match always makes me giggle. I had never ordered a WCW pay per view but hearing “two wrestlers will fight on a moving truck” peaked my interest, and for some reason it was advertised that local radio stations would be carrying the commentary for the PPV on their stations. I called around to find out which, and ended up calling in live on a local Massachussetts radio talk show with some hosts asking about the event, talking up wrestling, and having the hosts glaze over the topic in a casual and fond manner. I’m glad I never ordered it but it gave me a funny memory to look back on.
Sunday list videos with Adam, 🤔. AWAYS A GREAT THING 💪🏽🔥
Nice to see (hear) you doing your thing, Adam. Can’t teach what you’ve got.
Fun fact: Brad Maddox's last WWE appearance was actually on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, when The Undertaker hit Maddox (in a turkey suit) with a Tombstone Piledriver.
My therapist: Adam the Doink isn't real.
Adam the Doink: 0:52
Plumpy the Clown
Alternate title: Moves that lead wrestlers to winning the TNA world title *cough* Mr Kennedy *cough*

Adam, why do I have the feeling this, WC Wrestling, and Cultaholic all love using that one picture of Jeff Jarrettt. What ever the reason is keep using it!!!!! It’s funny af!
To be fair , Jarrett wasn’t demanding Vince give him 300k. He was asking for money that was owed to him for previous dates worked.
That's the exact same reason Ultimate Warrior gave for why he was owed money.
@@Rocket1377 Exactly, Vince likes to pretend he was a victim. He tried to play hard to get with Scott and Kevin too, just before they were about to leave, Vince decided he wanted to play ball. But it was too late by then
@n\a watch Scott Hall shoot interview. The last night at MSG, Vince pulled him aside and said how much those SOB paying you ill negotiate. Scott told him it's too late
For the longest time, I always thought that the brothers of destruction vs Kronik was the absolute worst match Taker was ever involved in. And then 17 years later, his tag match vs DX said “hold my beer”
I lost it at Big Evil Big Canevil 🤣🤣🤣
Least favourite matches list please Adam. I’ll keep asking until it happens.
Ahhhhh showing the NXT women’s title on the Brad Maddox entry…. Very nice 😂👍🏻
Another fun fact about Buff Bagwell: at WCW's final PPV Greed (eight days ahead of the final Nitro), after he and tag team partner Lex Luger were told they were doing the job to Shawn Stasiak and Mark Jindrak, the two of them threw a tantrum and made a farce of the whole thing, cutting a super long promo before losing in about two minutes and then selling the loss in the ring like they had both been hit with shoot top rope piledrivers.
I'm starting to think that Buff might not have had the optimal attitude that leads to a long career in pro wrestling.
Re Mr perfect
Hennig would never have broken that plane door as it was designed to be unbreakable
Few other flaws which is common in ruthless aggression era fans, hut overall a great video. Yours are far less flawed than most, and more entertaining
good video
I was at the show vince delivered the "fing beating" line. Everyone was just like "did he just say that"
How about Paul Roma vs Alex Wright???
My dad and I were at that Smackdown taping in Indy, right after Maddox said what he said, we were both like "Can he say that?"....and then I looked at wrestling news the next day and I was like "Oh, he CAN'T say that."
When I read the thumbnail, I thought "Fired Over Matches" referred to the little sticks used to create fire.
I thought Jeff Jarrett got into some kind of situation over contraband travel or stealing/damaging someone's collection of vintage match books. 🔥🤦🤣
Thumbs way up for that Big Bossman & Mr. Perfect photo.
The basketball thing at the end was due to a Monday Night Raw being bumped from the then Pepsi Center in Denver due to the Nuggets hosting the Lakers in the Conference Finals. McMahon got pissed at Kroenke, also the owner of Arsenal FC and aired his grievances thusly.
Another honorable mention: Abraham Washington for a match in July 2012 episode of Raw, between Titus O'Neil wrestled Kofi Kingston, where he likened O'Neil to the late Kobe Bryant during the NBA player's 2003 sexual assault scandal.
Only an honorable mention because while yes, Washington was a wrestler himself and spent time in developmental, he was mostly a manager in the main roster, which he was at the time. Still though, the mishap happened during a match, and a tasteless remark like that isn't very kosher for PR, especially for WWE.
Was hoping to see AW (aka Abraham Washington) on here. Wasn't a wrestler, but his promo when he was the PTP manager about Kobe Bryant had to 100% get him fired the second he walked thru the curtain.
His constant nicknames for Taker are just the best
"You either die a hero, or you live long enough to see yourself become the villain" Why did that quote spring to my mind when I saw the image of Hulk Hogan? Because he is one guy who should have disappeared gracefully a loooong time ago...
If you count Paul Heyman as a wrestler (he has been in matches as a participant) you'd have to include the Extreme Elimination Chamber at December to Dismember 2006.
I love that mr kennedy intro lol
Didn't really know what to comment. So I'll just say that I love you, Adam
Your Mrrrrrrrrrrrr Kennnnedy impression is the best I've ever seen
Shocked to hear one of these was completely understandable and not unfair
I'm watching this shortly after Col Mustafa passed away. He was definitely one of a kind. RIP Sheikie Baby.
I remember the Warrior running off with that chair...we never saw him again.
My cousin and I talked about this when it happened. We kept looking for him but he vanished no more promos, matches, nothing. I read a wrestling mag and they talked about it.
I'm going to disagree with Kennedy's firing, if you play the clip at 0.25 speed you can see Randy lands completely flat on his back, he might have tweaked his shoulder from the bump but definitely didn't touch his neck. That was a totally safe back bump.
Love the Leone reference Adam
'The amalgam of the 3 chipmunks' lol
Ahh yes notable NXT women’s champion Brad Maddox
You haven't seen the video, huh?
I'd all but forgotten; but seeing the NXT Women's Belt in context of Maddox brought it back...
He came, he saw, he came again
Wild
I wish Mr. Kennedy would come back as a manager to get some rising heel over.
Imagine him with Eli Drake (LA Knight) I can’t remember if they interacted in TNA?
4:32 Just wanting to highlight the Kaiju Big Battel image; move along.
3:08 I live an hour north of Indianapolis and yeah sounds about right 😂😂
lmao the spectacles cena edit
If Kronik was a tag team in WWE their gimmick would absolutely be based off the fact they have the same name.
Poor Mr. Kennedy, the guy was nothing but upside and he’s never really been given a second chance. Also, Adam while you’re still watching the comments. Top 10 wrestlers who deserve a second chance in WWE.
Nah he was unsafe and got what he deserved
@@user-sx6rm9uu7q 1 dodgy suplex and he’s unsafe? By that logic Nia Jax should get blackballed from the entire industry!
@@charlietaylor3152 if she wasnt Rocks cousin, she would be out
@@user-sx6rm9uu7q What about Nakamura Reverse Exploder Suplexing Cena on his head on SD......lol dude. We all know Orton was a prick during that period.
@@arthurdsouza10 or every time Rollins has fucked someone up. Cena’s nose, Balor’s shoulder, Sting’s neck. Hitting one wrestler with a dodgy suplex one time (Orton was fine I should add), shouldn’t get you the boot that easily.
It wasn’t completely Buff and Booker’s fault: the crowd hated them as for years WWF had made it look like WCW was less important than them, and here was two WCW guys, guys on the losing side, on WWF tv taking up time which could’ve been given to two WWF guys or girls. And the only Alliance members who did get the crowd on their side were Stacy Keibler and Rob Van Dam.
They were doomed from the start.
They were boo’d because they were the invading heels. The audience reacted the way they were conditioned to. WWE treated WCW like chumps, and this was just the start.
I think wrestlelamia took your idea. They did a video on this exact topic and included some of the matches mentioned here.
I was there the night Teddy Hart did those moonsaults. Not a joke. SATs aren't there to catch him he is dead. There would have been top of the cage and floor if Jose and Joel didn't realize what he was doing.
When I see this Buff Bagwell immediately comes to mind
I would say Brad Maddox looks like an amalgamation of the 4 brothers from Malcolm in the Middle
He does honestly
@@chayden153 right
This list reminds me of the AEW match between Ivelisse and Thunder Rosa where Ivelisse literally stopped selling in the middle of the match for...Ivelisse reasons. Though AEW kept her on for a few more months, a lot of people point to that match as the main reason why she was let go.
And yet, The E-Lite can get away with countless shitty snore-fest matches and being cry-baby bully-boys because Tony The Snowman loves them. As does Demented Dave Meltz-jerk.
Ivelisse tends to be her own worst enemy. Pity, she's a hell of a hand.
Not sure why they thought so low of Bryan Clark. He was a moderate draw as Adam Bomb during his first run.
Mister kennedy is one the biggest what ifs
Ehh his run in TNA kind of showed the guy was a glorified midcarder.
Eugene was one of my favorites as a kid.
The night Eugene was GMing Raw and hosted a game of musical chairs is still to this day one of my favorite segments from Raw ever.
5:48 somewhere in the UK, Simon Miller just sneezed
2:38 - I see what you did there. I think we all saw what he did there too at one point of time, to be fair
I still think of Barry Darsow as Krusher Kruschev.
A ppv called "Uncensored" and get fired for blood.... Vince said thanks for Goldust and Teri Runnels..Thank You , got more (oh wait, that's about the same time when HHH, Kane and Stone Cold made their careers in Stamford).
The sad “Kennedy...” at the end 😭
Am I the only one who thought the thumbnail was Big Boss Man in Nailz’s inmate uniform?
Probably...
Last time I watched WWE, Mr. KKennedy was called Ken Anderson....... ANDERSON!
0:53 Nightmare Fuel
the rated r superstar Brad Maddox got me laughing for 7 minutes
Did...did that last match have anything to do with Stan Kroenke?
Your ultimate warrior story was already disproved . Warrior sent Vince a letter requesting a raise months before SummerSlam and Vince agreed to give him one after the PPV in the reply .
I once trolled a friend by telling him to watch WCW Uncensored '95 because there's a kick ass match in the back of a moving truck. After watching it he was pissed off at me.
Big Cass: Am I a (dwarf killing) joke to you?
Big Evil Big Kenevil🤣🤣
The JJ thing was discussed on his podcast last week. Its funny how things are different from his perspective.
Dont forget Paul Roma; no-selling Alex Wright's offense in their match @ Superbrawl V he was gone from WCW shortly after.
The Jerseys in the Kennedy segment had to do with a venue canceling on them and relocating to another. I believe Denver canceled Raw and they had to move it to LA.
Man anyone remember the gold that was Brad Maddox’s UA-cam channel after he was fired, where he would do weird promos in his closet? lmao
Seriously am I the only one that actually has fond memories of the invasion. Ok there was no real star power but I still enjoyed what we got at the time. Even my fave angle at the time was stalker DDP yeah it made no sense but I garruntee like the diamond cutter you never saw it coming lol
Adam: Brad Maddox.

I see what you did there.
That nxt women’s championship belt looks familiar.... maybe it was in a video I saw or something
