Bret punching Vince 😀
Undertaker. If half of what they say is true, then just leave the Deadman alone
Haku/Meng; you just don't mess around with him
I have a request.. Can you talk about JBLs title run?? Re-book it, maybe??
The lack of attention it gets is baffling..
Jacques Rougeau.
JBL F*cks Around and FInds Out should have been the name of his memoirs...
Alternatively: Time: John O'Clock

So, a Dhar Man video title.
Joey Styles and Stevie Richards are now my heroes.
Luchasaurus too.
And both of the stories of them fighting back involved Hall of Famer JBL
ADAM: AJ is very proud of his dad
I wouldn't mind JBL get a chair shot like that everyday for the number of people he's mentally tormented. I've been bullied, it sucks.
🧀 hat Steve Blackman. 🤣
"Why would you rib him? He looks like 8 wolves!"

ADAM: The highest wolf-based compliment you can give!
Plus he was a legit fighter.
I'm impressed you waited a year and a half into the comeback to talk about the Blue Meanie. Well done Adam.
ADAM: Long-term booking, mate
Lolz
Year and a half no compete blue meanie/JBL story clause.
Man, the stupidity to try and haze Brock Lesnar, who is built like brick shithouse, Steve Blackman, who is a martial artist, and Ken Shamrock, who is a martial artist that is built like a brick shithouse, is off the charts.
Brick shithouses are built like Brock Lesnar.
At least no one tried to haze Haku, odds are, any idiot who tried to test those waters would be leaving in an ambulance.

Because some people (especially JBL) aren't half as tough as they think they are.
"Mister Shamrock, I don't know a hold." - Jibbles (According to Dildo Prichard)
You know, idiot bullies(i.e JBL) like to test themselves on perceived scrubs before realizing the "scrubs" in question can ACTUALLY kill you with their bare hands.

Is it really an Adam list if it doesn't include JBL beating up the Blue Meanie for real?
The Infamous moment that never die! Just like 21-1, Montreal Screw Job and well..Chris Benoit!

I personally can NOT wait for that video.
I mean Bart Gunn would top this list.
Are there even 10 though? I can only think of Steve Blackman, Bubba Ray Dudley (kind of), Bart Gunn, Joey Styles and maybe Ron Simmons when they first met
Watching JBL twitch like a fish out of water during the Brawl for all, will never get old.
is this Vince Russo speaking?
BFA was the best fn thing to ever happen in WWE. Idgaf what anyone says

Joey Styles, enough said
Friendly reminder that Taker was "The guy" in Wrestlers Court.
Lesnar telling folks that he was not interested in appearing, is in itself kinda legendary.
He literally blew off the entire locker room and no one or any number of them did a thing about it.
I mean Lesnar was a legit MMA Heavyweight champion. I can't picture many if any in the locker room who could or would stand up to that dude.
I'll assume they wouldn't dare do the same to Haku. Cause god help JBL if he decided to pick on a Tongan who was immune to Mace.
Just shows how much of a bunch of spineless bullies they were. As soon as someone who looked like they might be actually good at shoot-fighting came along, they didn't have the balls to pursue them. Bunch of cowards.

I'm surprised you left out another JBL classic, Matt Stryker. Short version: JBL got drunk, challenged Stryker to a fight and when Stryker said "OK, let's go" JBL changed his mind

I'm not lookin to die today lol
Aaaaaaand we're all drunk.
Someone needs to make a drink called the Chair Shot
JBL getting beat up in real life is always good.
Shamrock being referred to as 8 wolves is both incredibly accurate and insanely terrifying
7:00 JBL has said about his fight with Blackman: “I got hit 5 times before I knew I was in a fight”
Ku Zu Ryu Sen with Fists! And only 5 shots.
Who in their right mind seeing someone like Brock Lesnar and thought, "yeah i will bully this guy"

A suicidal person. The problem was that back then he didn't had the UFC accolades. Nowadays, hazing Brock is one of the swiftest and painfulest ways of committing suicide.
@@NeonKnightOA But since day one in OVH everyone knew Brock Would just kill you, mma or not
@@NeonKnightOA but he did have one of the greatest records in the history of amateur wrestling and looked like a Viking Space Warrior who's been poisoned by radiation.
He could still throw around 400lb men like lightweights and do a shooting star press.

It was only a few years before he signed that a lot of these wrestlers almost killed themselves trying to have boxing matches.
Stupidity and egos are a deadly combination.
"Cocaine is a hell of a drug." - Curt Hennig
Of all the people to pick on, you pick on Steve freakin' Blackman🤦
JBL: It's a great idea to pick on Brock Lesnar.
Jim Cornette: You're using a gun, right?
Luchasaurus and Lio Rush changing things for everyone, not just themselves is admirable.
After Styles took down JBL, Bradshaw wasn't ready for BACKLASH!!!
That Stevie chair shot to JBL is the only stiff chair shot I can still watch smiling. Every other one makes me cringe but that one makes me happy.
What will always be baffling to me is the fact that people in the business talk about how unexpected it was for Chris Benoit to do what he did but also tell stories about him having a temper, going off on, and bullying rookies backstage
ICP talked about how legit scary he was. Literally foaming at mouth and yelling
I mean lots of people have tempers, very few go and kill their family. I don't think that's really ever an expected action is it
@@lostalone9320 🤦🏽 How did you think this was a sensible comment
🤦🏽 Yes hazing rookies and having a temper is the same as murdering your wife and child
From the way i see it much of how Benoit behaved like that seems to came after Eddie Guerrero died which shattered him as well as brain damage that resulted a very volatile temper, enough so to lead to killing his family and himself.
The fact that JBL wasn't killed in self defense at some point blows my mind. Protected industry abuses are a disgustingly immortal practice that seem to need martyrs sooner rather than later. Sure you do a few years but now everyone's gonna think twice about that time someone got stabbed in the kidney for going WAY too far.
I'll make a confession, being one of the many members in the audience that night in Saramento, Ca on July 4th when Stevie Richards smacked JBL with that chair, it was the loudest smack i've ever heard at a wrestling show. I dare argue just as loud as Kane's pyro.
"With JBL Apologizing to him in front of(ad break) GOOGLE FI"
My God, Google has become the world policemen.
An alternative title could've been "10 Times JBL Hazes and Gets Knocked Out". While inaccurate to a degree, it still says a lot that if JBL attempts to haze, he ends up staring blankly with another concussion.
As for Hall, damn Scott, you scary. Nobody messes with the Bad Guy, indeed.
As if this list was even 1% of Bradshaw's abuse. Go watch the intro again where Adam says that the way this story almost always ends is "I endured it until they decided they liked me and stopped".
Stevie Richards chair shot to JBL on Smackdown was crazy JBL Absolutely deserve it because of what he did at ECW one night stand 2005 that Chair shot was stiff AF
It's also interesting to find out that Johnny Ace helped arrange it, because he was upset after seeing what JBL did to Meanie.
@@glenndallas7171 Yea I think Meanie did a shoot with Sean Oliver and said that WWE were concerned about being sued so offered that as payback. JBL is a company man so it appears he duly obliged.
@@Harry-sc1xk that's very interesting
JBL is the kind of person that looks tough but backs down quickly when someone stands up to him. While I hate unprotected chair shots to the head, JBL kind of deserved that one.
He looks like the evil car salesman in every 80s teen lifetime movie
One punch from scrawny Joey Styles dropped him, JBL is absolutely a fake tough guy

Steve Blackman is one of my favorite wrestlers. JBL clearly had a death wish.
honestly why does anyone willingly get into the wrestling business
They bill themselves as tough guys, but they just get too hyper sensitive about things. Think of the charges that took place on the wrestlers court or how Miz got banned just for eating chicken in the locker room.

Mind-blowing that, in any other industry, things JBL, Benoit and others did on this list would lead to immediate dismissal without compensation.
Good on these people for standing up to it.
Well, Benoit did get dismissed

I want to see that list
I’d like to add that I don’t think I have ever gotten more sadistic joy from good old-fashioned revenge than when it’s being done to JBL 😂
No wonder JBL made such a great heel. He was drawing from real life.
Yep today I came to the realisation that I was a happier person before I knew anything about wrestling, and everything I learn about the industry makes me regret that I ever decided to care about it.
All of the times you played a wrestling game as a kid, you didn't know this was all happening behind the Mask of it all.
I love how Stevie at 8:03 hits him with the chair leaves like "my work here is done"🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
God diggity damn Adam I love you lists! It is the best way to wind down after work for me. Also what a fantastic topic! Thank you 😊
Ron Simmons and JBL being totally different types really couldn't be anymore clear.
Simmons is possibly the more intentionally psychotic of the two, with his own library of New Jack-type incidents.
Remember: every time you hear about JBL being sent to “test” another tag team in a match, his tag partner in each instance was Ron Simmons. It was JBL and Ron for Public Enemy, it was them both for the Dudleyz… Ron Simmons might not have been such an ass backstage, or was much more covert about it if he was, but he was definitely not part of the solution.
I read in Wrestlers Court Bradshaw was the prosecution while Faarooq was the defence, maybe that’s why you don’t hear of so much animosity?
@@tspawn35 And that’s fine. It doesn’t mean Ron Simmons was not complicit in JBL’s actions. Ron witnessed what JBL was doing ALL THAT TIME, and did NOTHING to stop it. Ron Simmons was not part of the solution.
Ron Simmons is almost as bad as JBL he took liberties with coworkers and deliberately stiff them beating co-workers is wrong you should not physically assault your coworkers. Ron was also humiliated by the WWE with a stereotypical gimmick so it was ironic that he bullied others but he was also bullied by the company
How many people have to beat up JBL before he gets it?
UA-cam needs a Love button. I love your videos. Seriously. It's ten minutes of me stifling my laugh so people don't watch me like I'm crazy. Well done.

Imagine if Daniel Puder fought back against Chris Benoit, Eddie Guerrero and Bob Holly.
He'd quit right away
Joe The Man that's not the only what if someone fought back against Chris Benoit
All of this makes me think - it has been genuinely a miracle that for the decades of pro wrestling being this shithole back stage, that there has not been a single case of someone just shooting up a locker room. Like, yes, there are plenty of stories of people being stabbed or shot or killed backstage (see Bruiser Brody), but not in any of the territories, nor in WWE has there ever been a case of someone just grabbing a gun or something and letting loose. And considering the kind of people who become wrestlers (see the above video for a good list of anti-social behavior), I am utterly amazed there hasn't been even one case of someone just snapping like that.
I am grateful there hasn't been, don't get me wrong, just surprised is all.
Bullying doesn’t lead people to shoot up places, that’s a bit of a myth. It’s usually a particular form overall shitholery that is typically beaten out of you by the time you reach a major promotion.

I once made eye contact with JBL as I flipped him off at a house show in 2005. I was 12. The perplexed expression on his face is one of my fondest memories.
I think Jacques Rougeau getting payback for the Dynamite Kid’s ribbing deserved to be on this list as well
Yes, it was more than ribbing. Kid had choked him out three times and used to just hit and slap guys in the locker room. He was a genuinely bad person and probably a psychopath.
"Why would you rib him? Look at him, LOOK AT HIM! He looks like 8 wolves"🤣🤣🤣
Ken Shamrock looks like 8 wolves is probably the greatest compliment I've ever heard 🤣🤣🤣
JBL and Bob Holly disliked this
I think a degree of stiff working as hazing is actually a good idea because the nature of wrestling means you're eventually going to either get hit stiff as an accident or deal with someone who's fully shooting on you. So having a "controlled" stiff hazing match could be a tool to make sure the wrestler stays calm under worse circumstances.
The problem is when people like Bradshaw, Holly and Benoit take too much glee in slapping people around and do it too frequently, violently, or both. Someone having a dark match with a legit tough guy and getting slapped for real a few times is the extent of what I think is tolerable, sort of like when I had full on sparring matches in my boxing gym instead of just drills and lighter sparring.
Being stiff should never be allowed because you have to entrust a lot into the individual that's working with you it's very willing to compromise your safety for supposedly their version of initiation it puts people at risk

I understand that pro wrestling was different “back in the day” and bullying under the guise of hazing or testing the toughness of guys was accepted but, that doesn’t make it ok. What if the bullying these guys did caused a wrestler to quit the business who could’ve been the next Rock or Austin? And the fact that Vince not only knew about this garbage but, ordered it. It makes the “be a star” anti-bullying campaign that WWE had the balls to put on tv an absolute joke. Vince has allowed so many guys to ruin the careers of so many men and women in the business and, it’s sad to think about. And btw, JBL was a shitty worker that got knocked out by a small announcer and was almost killed by a fookin’ maniac in an airport so, that makes me happy again.
