That moment legit pissed me off live. I was initially mad with Cody & Brandi until finding out it wasn’t intended. Idk what dumbass in the back thought that was a good idea. I would’ve just left the dog backstage after that traumatic event.

I give Cody credit for not running to the back and killing the SOB. As someone who has had (RIP Jazzy) a dog with a severe disdain for all things that go boom, I have legit yelled at people for lighting off fireworks around my house.

@@paulgibbon5991 technically yeah but it's still a burn and would have stun like hell, probably one few times Triple H's "I'm about to kill the first person I come across" face wasn't acting as he was battling the pain from the burn (and most likely rage at the pyrotech responsible for that blunder).

I'm surprised Triple H didn't physically brush off the massive amount of white powder that was giving him second-degree burns. It may not have looked badass, but neither did walking into the ring covered with icing sugar.
It's amazing that Taker wrestled as long as he did, when you consider how often he's had fire hazard issues and other injuries

Not just one fireball, Taker got hit with three in quick succession. Literally turned into the second and third trying to escape the first and second respectively.

The years where the Royal Rumble winner didn't get pyro when pointing at the WrestleMania sign were the worst years of my life.
Because of that stupid led mania signs.
The funniest part of 8 is Randy getting angry and then having it pointed out it's his fault for not hitting his mark. I can just see the pyro technician folding their arms and refusing to hit the button until he stands on the turnbuckle.

AEW’s the new ECW, in that even when they make mistakes people laugh it off and forgive them.
They handled it well. They addressed it and made fun of the situation. It would've been a lot worse if they'd have pretended it really was a super nuclear explosion.

I was there when Undertaker got set on fire at the Elimination Chamber. When the show went off the air, Undertaker was on the stage and pointed to the side where the pyro guy was like he was gonna kill him when he got backstage. It was crazy.

I always tune in for Adams voice and his Taker nicknames.
I suffer small second degree burns on my hands and have to go home from work early. Taker, Triple H and far more wrestlers suffer significantly worse burns and go on to participate in wrestling matches. Gosh wrestling is insane. Love these mad lads for all they do for the sake of my entertainment

I don’t know if it’s actually real or not, but Jeff Hardy being blown up by his own pyro was always one of the scariest things I’ve ever watched when I was a kid.

Lesnar's pyro delay at Mania 31 could've been here as an honorable mention but yeah it wasn't the pyro guys' fault. Apparently Lesnar and Heyman were too close to the pyro and they decided not to set it off.

You think that when Randy forgot about the agreed upon turnbuckle shot, that they would just start the pyro and spare him the embarrassment of standing their pointing like a jackass for eternity.
I was at a Raw in 2001 (the one where Austin and Rock sing Margaritaville together), and just before the TV broadcast began Lillian Garcia got on the house mic to tell us that in a few minutes the broadcast feed would begin, they'd do a big pyro display, and we should cheer our heads off.
The pyro just never went off, so it was a little unclear when we should cheer, but we sort of realized something went wrong and rolled with it. I imagine there were a few nervous pyro guys wondering if the display was going to go off at random at some point during the night.
H no selling the burns makes that his most badass entrance of ALL TIME. he didn't even flinch.
He also legit knocked Lesnar out in that match, I think this explains why, probably harder to pull hits when you're focusing on taking bumps with fresh burns
I can't believe I can still recall this one moment but maybe because I felt it was so funny. It was during Razor Ramon's entrance that two of the 5 sparkling pyros didn't go off when he was in the ring doing his pose

The one pyro incident that didn’t make sense to me even from the concept standpoint was Pharaoh. Even without the pyro, fans screaming are still loud. Same issue with the kennel from hell match. The dogs were scared and over stimulated. The noise would have hurt him even without the mortars.
