Water builds up in the engine valley when the drain hole gets clogged. Then the injection pump bottom is sitting in water and it rusts and the throttle sticks
Never, ever use ether on a 6.2/6.5. It ignites at a much lower compression than diesel - essentially pre-detonating the engine, the residue of the ether crystalized on the glow plugs which will cause the tips to become brittle and eventually break off inside the head. Watching you guys work on this thing is like watching a monkey fucking a football :P
