What actual police department trying to solve murders would call that a "Botched Robbery" The entire thing should send up massive red flags to any critical mind.
This is before we talk about the 3 hours it took him to walk from his neighborhood pub to where he was found, the over 20 different security and traffic camera's in the area.. That magically all but one private closed security system missed..The Bounty put out by Julian Assange and others of 150,000$ which NO ONE has tried to claim for even provide false information for. The DNC's main Damage control and PR person now being assigned to handle all media for the RICH family... The entire thing is fishy AF.

when it comes to leaks, I am for leaks on more domestic policies (vault 7, NSA surveillance, etc.) but leaks that endanger military or foreign espionage are unacceptable. those leaks have the potential to put lives at risk.
Good to see some logic today, I completely agree. Though people love to see transparency within government I do believe there is a limit like you said, the people have a right to know what concerns them but secrecy is needed in some areas to protect those people in the first place.
I mean, you're not getting the full experience unless you're watching a PIRATED version of PIRATES of The Caribbean.

I like that he talks about current events without premeditated judgment and leaves us all to draw our own conclusions. He dosen't bash people even if he disagrees with what their opinions are. I agree that he's unbiased in his presentations of current news. I wish every journalist, news outlet, etc conducted themselves this way. Phil's the best! 👍🏻🙂
He asserts his opinion (as most journalists, online personalities, etc. do) but he always comes at it from an unbiased angle. He presents the facts of the situation before he gives you his opinion. And in MY opinion, he is usually pretty logical and consistent with the way he approaches most topics.
Its great to provide both sides of an argument, but sometimes when one side is providing false information it is important that journalist exposes it or at least questions it.
Hey Phil, I think you got it wrong regarding the Disney hack. Why would Disney pay the ransom? The movie would get leaked within a few days anyway - like literally every movie made in the last 10 years has. The fact that you can find all of these other movies online for free hasn't affected their box office takes, it's not going to be any different for this movie. The movie would almost certainly not lose millions, the amount would be insignificant and no more than any other movie subject to piracy. Also Pirates of the Caribbean comes out in a week, not several months.

@triqster I don't know man, I'm not a Trumpkin, but Wikileaks did see fit to share the article claiming that Seth leaked to them, which makes it pretty much as clear as they can that they agree with the article. Seriously, I'm not saying Hillary was hanging around in the bushes with a trench coat and a gun waiting for Seth, just that it all seems hella suspicious.
Its easy to just come up with conspiracy theories. My personal theoriy is that he had a source in the Trump campaign and was going to deliver a bunch of materiel to Wikileaks proving that trump gets fucked in the ass by Putin every night through use of a private jet and a secret entrance to the Kremlin, and that they then sacrifice a new toddler as a good luck charm before each new day. There is as much evidence for that theory as there is for anything else currently.

Disney Story: Pirates of the Pirates of the Caribbean lol. But in all seriousness Disney would be very high up on the list of companies I would *not* want to fuck with You'll end up dead. I think they could get away with murder at this point. However This isn't the type of movie where the box office will be affected by bootleg availability. It's a long-running franchise with a large fandom, and it's family-friendly. Not only that, it's a reasonably thrilling action movie that benefits from the big audio/big screen theater experience. Also, they're usually quite funny, and personally, I like to see comedies in crowded theaters because of the contagious laughter affect.

What I like about the LA law you brought up in the first bit is that it takes guilt into account when punishing criminals: not all people who do bad things are really bad. It's nice that those that show remorse get lenient punishments. But the one brought up- she, of course, does not deserve it.

I think that leaks relevant to foreign or national security concerns should never be disclosed by the media unless it is either unconstitutional, a violation of international law, or would put the public in harms way by its implementation. On the other hand domestic and administrative leaks are necessary to ensure that our liberties and privacy aren't being infringed upon. The CIA and NSA leaks are a good example.
McKayla is just doing what she wants, it not as bad as some as the major female celebrities have and still do. isn't this also what feminism is at its core, not the whole men are evil, but the i can do with my body as i please. It seems like people are wanting to take a step forward but are taking two steps back, make up your minds.
I think the thing is that people want to support "her body her choice" but they also criticize her choices, which I think is valid. Just because I think models should do with their body as they please, it doesn't mean I support their choice to promote their lifestyle the way they do.

It's entirely reasonable to think sharing sexual photos might be a way for her to reclaim her body/sexual image. It sounds completely backwards, I know, but I'm speaking from personal experience; I've been modeling for around two years and after being assaulted by a photographer I felt a few months of almost *invigorated* passion for the art form and worked more than before so that he wouldn't win. It might not be healthy (I honestly don't know, but it should be noted I eventually found help for my trauma), but it's a choice and it might be something that brings her satisfaction.
