Wow, I remember when you came around to fix a dent in my garage door and before that in my subaru! how times have moved on and you've got your own place, well done.
Thank you for watching and I hope you enjoyed it? I’m trying to remember your repairs! A garage door? Not done many of those! I hope I made good repairs
You are so very missed my friend outstanding job in your video. Keep them coming. You definitely should be a teacher. You explain everything so very well. I’m very proud of you for what you have done. Hope to see you at MTE next year.
Hi Martin, as always you have done a great job. What matters is the end result, which is great. The little damage to the paint is just bad luck. I remember my teacher, who used to tell me that 'the best is the enemy of the good'... You’re still the number one!
Thank you Massimo very kind of you. I’m only human I don’t glass every single repair and I mess quite a few up which is “Just Life” it’s a repair at the end of the day 🤷🏻♂️ thanks so much for watching and enjoying the video and commenting I always enjoy your comments 🙌🏼

It's a horrible feeling, I did similar on a BMW bootlid a few years back. Fixed a nasty dent right on the top edge but then in the final stages, tidying up the finish and with a metal knock down, I put 2 small chips in. I was gutted... Great repair though pal and thanks for sharing the good and the bad 👍🏻
Good morning and afternoon. I am not a PDR master, but a tinsmith, although I study PDR repair myself and understand how difficult and responsible it is. I believe that you should not worry about the little things in the repair, which the client may not even see, because your work is done super well!!! p.s. I'm watching you and learning. A subscriber from Russia
Hi Andrei thank you for your message and sorry for my late reply. A Tinsmith is a highly skilled craft and I can’t do this but would love to. Yes I agree not to get upset with small issues but I take alot of pride in my work and to damage it at the end means I fail myself. But at the end of the day it’s a repair. Thanks for watching, hope you and family are safely away from the conflict and thanks also for being part of dent-remover family 🙌🏼
Hi Martin, you do a great job with Pdr ,Great technician ,and also editing the video I know take time to do everything until the clip it’s done. All the Best 🙌
Another cracking video mate, we all make mistakes sometimes at least your honest. There are too many rogue traders within the many fields of our industry. I aim to balls something up at least once a day it keeps me grounded lol
Thank you! Great comment! I’m only human and I do make a fair few mistakes but I can usually rectify them but damaged paint I can’t. 8 hrs and that happened I was gutted. My customer was understanding as the paint on the tailgate and bumper where scuffed so a little chip was ok to save a repaint of the full tailgate
Hey Martin that looked to be a very complex repair with an excellent result but for me with all due respect to Ev owners they really are computers on wheels. Quality video 😎🦘🇬🇧
Hi. Thanks for your comment. I used a VIP polished tip knock down. The reason I damaged the paint was because I’d warmed the area up and it was quite hot. I tapped it too early and the paint was very soft. My fault
I just got a similar dent in almost the same spot, just a little lower. BUT there's also a scratch. Can that be fixed in a similar way and then painted?
amazing job sir. It is not your fault , Tesla paint are so bad that its not really good for PDR. Also, the used teslas resale value are so low its not even worth saving by PDR
Oh noo! Honestly they are so common and I’m sorry to hear you have picked up the damage. Please speak to your local PDR expert. Show them the video if they say no!
SUGGESTION: In the next Model Y tailgate dent video you do, you should show viewers how to program their lift gate to stop at a lower height. This would be a little bit of preventative maintenance, and I'm sure it would be appreciated by many of your customers. (Yes, it would technically be undercutting your own business, but it would also show that you care about your customers/viewers)

Nice repair and video mate
Thanks Mr Tesla dent man Uk
outstanding, you are good.
Thank you very much!
Complimenti!
Thank you
Nice work. What was the tool that got to the lower edge it was a thin tip ?
Thanks! The strongest and thinnest whale tail! I took a grinder to one of mine to make it super sharp. Other than that it was glue and a hammer
How long did it take to complete this service? 🇧🇷
Hi, this took a full day to repair
Hi sir,may i know what make your last tap a tiny bit of paint come off?why your tap from the start didn’t come off?
Hi. Thanks for your comment. I used a VIP polished tip knock down.

@@dentremover01 thanks for your information sir.

Thanks Jack lol! Appreciate your kindness
Imo Tesla paint is superior . I have worked on them . Applied electric static and the clear is real nice
How many hours labour
It took me about 8 hours. I mention how long it took at the end of the video thinkn
Sorry must have missed you saying , your skill is amazing I’ve been doing bodywork the old fashioned way for 30 years, it’s great to watch you work
Lol that's the exact same dent that's on my Tesla right now!

Türkiye den yazıyorum Harika bir paylaşım olmuş başka Türkçe anlatımlı video larınızdan atarsanız çok memnun olurum selamlar saygılar sunarım
Hi. Please click on CC and there will be Turkish subtitles?? I did add them to this video?
Клас👍👍👌👌
500 pounds ? Kidding ,right?
Yes and that’s very reasonable
Sorry, but not in the real world.
@Brulserz that’s cheap. See what the guys in USA charge
Wow, really?
