May I ask why you prefer using oil spray for the inside the repaired metal sheet and not used an anti rust paint using small brush or spray color (maybe with a straw?) to avoid rust in the future from the inside? The soldered sheet will get rust pretty fast.
We use cavity wax spray for the inside of the repaired metal sheet. This is not an oil spray, but rather a specialized cavity wax designed to provide thorough and long-lasting protection against rust. It is formulated to penetrate into the crevices and seams of the repaired area, creating a protective barrier against corrosion.
Cavity wax is preferred in automotive repairs because it is specifically designed for this purpose. It offers excellent adhesion to metal surfaces, creeps into hard-to-reach areas, and provides a durable coating that helps prevent rust from forming on the inside of the repaired panels. While other rust-preventive coatings exist, cavity wax is known for its effectiveness in automotive applications, providing comprehensive protection to extend the life of the repair.

What tool do you use to apply that sealer on the new door
We use an pneumatic caulking gun to apply the sealer on the new door. It's a common tool in the auto body repair industry. Hope this answers your question!

In my country when a damage is repaired they try their best to not cause more damage while repairing. So you can't weld some rings to pull it off or you can't paint the whole piece to cover a small area. Bc causing damage to factory paint is a major factor in car resell price.

I have a 22 Frontier you can work your magic on I am still waiting for a headlight that is on back order. I am curious though how the Sentra got that big gouge in it.

Top job on repair, I know people who won't mig, they would fibreglass and filler it, even in if it was tack't and fibreglassed.

Man I don't miss filler work, doing complete respray on a transit that's got dents all over, even the roof, haven to balance to flat filler, and try not to lean on windscreen to crack it, I literally slipped one day and slid down the bonnet like slide luckily. 😆
