[Deepak Chopra has a couple of good videos about this.] There are so many simple exercises. Eye movements, gargling, sounds, meditation, intentional breath, self massage and tapping at Vagal points. GREAT WORK. Appreciated. This practice works. Our morning routines should be our sanctuary for inner peace and self regulation. Namaste.
Hi Justin! I found your video very soothing, like after a live yoga class! I had a massive neck tension due to Lyme and full moon tide, so even Yoga nidra didn't help. Thanks to youtube I have created a tension release session with a sound bath, coherent breathing and finally your wonderfully relaxing session. Feeling super chilled and less tense. Thank you so much for sharing your videos and knowledge!
