my favorite were the exercises with the hands, it was so relieving to move them so slowly... next time I'll move them even slower. Also liked your words towards the end (though I did not understand everything - being Austrian). Thanks a lot. Your work is badly needed.

Brilliant! Getting out of the Adrenaline-Cortisol loop, and shift into the Parasympathetic inner peace and calm. Huge benefits. [Deepak Chopra has a couple of good videos about this.] There are so many simple exercises. Eye movements, gargling, sounds, meditation, intentional breath, self massage and tapping at Vagal points. GREAT WORK. Appreciated. This practice works. Our morning routines should be our sanctuary for inner peace and self regulation.
    Namaste.

Yes. How we start our day determines how our nervous system will support us throughout the day.

    Hi Justin!
I found your video very soothing, like after a live yoga class!
I had a massive neck tension due to Lyme and full moon tide, so even Yoga nidra didn't help.
Thanks to youtube I have created a tension release session with a sound bath, coherent breathing and finally your wonderfully relaxing session.
Feeling super chilled and less tense.
Thank you so much for sharing your videos and knowledge!

Thanks Elena for sharing your feedback and your journey. It is so nice to be able to offer content to support others. Keep the daily practices going. It requires consistency for sustained change but so worth it. 😃🙌🙏

Absolutely. The movements are very slow and you can adapt where needed in terms of what feels right for you and your body.
