    Perfect timing to post thos video I pulled something in my left upper pec muscle 2 days ago. The stretching helped ty doctor Jo your the best.

    hi doctor jo! i hope u see this msg, ive had a very sore muscle pec only right side, for a month after that if not istaken I think it ended up affecting the minor pec which is affecting somewhat the scapula in the back cuz of the tightness but the pain comes because of the tightness of my chest any recommendation for something more advanced?

    I love youuuuuuu. I had a coughing fit to the point of straining my chest muscle and this actually lessen the pain especially when lying down. Thank you so much
