I came across your channel while searching for instructions for using KT tape to relieve thumb arthritis pain. I really loved your suggestions for exercise for CMC arthritis. I had tendon transfer surgery on my left thumb in 2016 and I’ve never been satisfied with my outcome. I just started doing the exercises but I feel like I’m going in the right direction. My right thumb has been bothering me for the past year and I’m trying to delay or eliminate the need for surgery on that side. The exercises are zero impact and easy to do, and I realize that this is no substitute for personalized care, but it’s a great starting place.
I’m also experiencing a bit of trouble breathing, due to ankylosing spondylitis affecting my ribs. I just know that these breathing exercises are going to help. I’ve had AS for about 35 years and it was only diagnosed about fifteen years ago. I’m caregiver for my wife who is disabled and though we get along great I think sometimes I’m not taking care of myself properly and therefore my ability to attend to my wife’s needs is compromised. These breathing exercises are a big help for getting me to relax.
I’m subscribed and I am going to be exploring your channel more often. It looks like a goldmine for someone like me. Thanks so much for sharing your expertise. Good luck and good health!

Hi Jo I have been using your videos for upper back pain lower back pain tight shoulders rhomboid pain knee pain and it's been helpful Thank You. I have a question you know those posture belts you wear they come in different styles would you recommend that or would stretches and exercises do the trick ? Thanks
Posture belts can be good for an acute injury or for short periods, but stretches and exercises should help for long term benefits.

In India(Bharat) we call it Pranayam (प्रणायाम) and it has many more variations with benefits mentioned in Ayurvedic Texts.
