@@stvashmonitmare1682 Clean comedy is really hard to make but everyone has resorted to dark humour because they've realized clean comedy is not what the public really want anyway. Thinking of the sit-com 'The IT Crowd', it was a good show but if it was broadcasted now people wouldn't find it funny, more just offensive as it has jokes that reference suicide, misogyny, etc. People can't take jokes nowadays so you either have a really shit sense of humour and only get down with clean comedy or you've got a great sense of humour and can take a joke, AKA dark humour.

I met Jimmy whilst walking around in my lunch hour down by berkeley square, Instantly I knew who he was and I was totally speechless that I was right in front of such a fantastic comedian, so smart, so witty, but also able to be so cruel. I was hesitant to even say any thing.
I said, your that really funny guy, then sheepishly said, you are so funny,
He was so polite, thanked me for my acknowledgement of his work, smiled and continued down the road. I was expecting him to be a jerk and do or say some thing off key but he was great.

I also spoke to him once, top bloke.
I saw him across the st in Sydney a few yrs ago when he was in town to do a show. Didn't get a chance to say hi but he seemed completely at ease, no security or pretentious airs about him

Hopefully getting tickets to see Jimmy in 2020 and I'm really looking forward to it. It takes a lot to crack me up through TV and such. Usually, if I'm watching something instead of being there with the person I don't crack up. However, this guy is one of the only comedians that can make me laugh without me having to be there to hear the joke. Brilliant guy.

Most recent thing was ¨The Fix¨ season 2 on Netflix, I think. Jimmy seems to be doing more quiz-shows than standup. I love 8 out of 10 cats´ countdown. Seen all on youtube. Jon Richardson´s amazing and so are Joe wilkinson and Sean Lock.
