You should not drive while you have hypoglycemia
The reason why it’s not stable it’s because u keep eating carbs and Sugar and it’s totally the worst thing for you and if you don’t control it it can bring u some serious compilation which u don’t want .
The reason why ur experiencing lows it’s because u keep eating carbs and sugar !!and it’s totally the worst thing for u .fill ur plate with vegs and Protein and Fat u will get better I promise u.that’s how I control my Diabetes with 4 week workout and lots of water.u will get better.
Are you 1 or 2? Because how to you handle them is totally different from each other.
