I have to partially disagree here. In mythology, Srikandi is the reincarnation of Amba, a woman. He is also described as androgynous or changes his gender to male. In one version, he is a woman and is transformed by a Yaksa at his/her request. So it's not entirely clear who the woman in the video is. Is it still Amba before she died and is reborn as Srikandi, or is it the female form before he changes his gender. All in all, I thought the animation was nice for a first attempt and hope to see more of it.
Great work but there are some typical glitches of a "real-time" engine. Many people think that the Unreal Engine is the holy grail compared to offline renderers like Cycles, Arnold, Redshift, Octane, etc. and they forgot that the important features like Path Tracing finally need higher sample settings with denoising again for decent quality and you end up in minutes again and not real-time. The CGI future is definitely real-time as presented by NVIDIA at Siggraph 2023 with their expensive hardware but there's always a technology that needs more computer power like Spectral Rendering with real caustics. A typical AVATAR 2 water world frame split into two layers renders over 6 hours in 4K on a 128-core CPU machine with their inhouse renderer. That's what a friend of mine who is a lead lighting TD at WETA told me. Besides some render glitches, I noticed that the golden belt is deformed like rubber. I know that a perfect rig is a lot of work. Overall another great case of what's possible with powerful tools in the hands of talented and intrinsically motivated digital artists. I passed your work to my students in the hope it will inspire and motivate them. :-)
bagus banget, ajarin dong mas, btw ide buto ijonya serupa sama punya saya, tapi saya baru buat, padahal saya baru liat ini loh... (tapi bagusan ini sih, lebih bangkong)
When rendering, if you increase the spatial and temporal samples in your anti-aliasing, it will get rid of the jittering of her forehead and hair shadows In the opening scene after she lands. It may take a little longer to render, but it's worth it! Nice work on this clip.
I did not know that there is a javanese adaptation of Mahabharat too! Wow this is actually good! We weren't shown enough of shrikhandi training before the war just her backstory and her being a transgender. This is something new! Amazing work love from India!
we were a majority hindu nation long long ago, so there's alot of hindu influence even now still. in our languages, culture, religious practice etc. thank you!
Another decent plot ruined by the WOKE "Super Woman" nonsense.
😂❤
