It's interesting that Emma mentions food addiction which many people believe is a condition that does not exist. I have an addiction to sugar, coffee and bread, I'm always craving them. I stop consuming them, but after a while I cave in. It's control and release. I'm happy that there are people talking about this.
Hello! Thanks for your comment; food addiction is definitely an issue for millions of us, but it’s often called “greed” or “gluttony” or “lack of control” or given many other inaccurate or unfair labels. Sugar is often the culprit, as well as seed oils and as these are added to so many foods, they’re very hard to avoid. Most of the time we don’t even realise we are eating them or how addictive they are. And as you’ve experienced, when we try to ditch the addictions, it’s super hard. I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve given up coffee! Now I just have one really good organic one 1st thing and embrace it for the positive things it contains. And by having it early, it doesn’t then wreck my sleep! 😊
It absolutely works….in the video I used a soft fresh local goats cheese. I like to use organic and I cannot find organic cottage cheese here for love nor money 😂
I think you could use the mix to use similar to 'dosa' batter. Like on a stove, or hot hub on a pan add little ghee or coconut oil and spread. Then when it gets hot spread the batter on it and you can make a similar dish.
@EmmaVoyseyHealth Yes, we dont have pancakes here in India, but i recently made some as part of my cooking experiments. Except, i didn't add any sugar and used multi millet flour. It looked same as the pancakes i see on web. I added salt instead of sugar. And can be used the same for making sandwich or use to replace rotti or nan or dosa.
Absolutely I can share. I put a link in the notes, but here it is again; joining Candi was honestly and without doubt, the best decision I ever made. 😊 Candi Frazier’s Primal Bod programme, which I used to heal my lifelong addiction to many low quality, sugary foods; www.primalbod.com/ The code EMMAVOYSEYHEALTH will get you $100 off the full programme price.

Mmmm going to try making these tomorrow 🤤 🤤
It’s the simplest recipe; and rich in protein! Let me know how yours turns out?
Making this for sure, have some milk that is starting to sour so will make cheese right now then this flat bread ! Thanks so much
Sounds great! 🎉🎉🎉
Good Idea, I am thinking maybe adding all different chesses too would work, maybe as an additive or instead of the cottage cheese.

Thanks for the tips! I also thought, how like pancake batter it is. But without the carbs and lots of protein. Win-win!

What program did you do? Can you share that information, I have a terrible carb and sugar addiction and I constantly fail to stop eating sugar 😢
