I love this doctor as every time I think I have a question about something I swear within the day he gives the answer on the Internet! How does he do it?! Seriously out of 365 days he delivers! I was just going through my vitamins and noticed I had two bottles of vitamin E that had expired and wondering if they’re still good. But I really wondered why the heck I ever even had them!

    • @Schquirl
      @Schquirl 4 роки тому +7

By the way it isn’t good to take expired vitamin E since it is an oil and oils can easily go rancid! So I am buying a new bottle!

I am recovering from fibroid lap surgery and just started to bump my vitamin E up ⬆️ a ton . I did this because I was so worried about scar tissue but now I see so many other reasons why I need to take it . And now my hot flashes are low because of the vitamin e . Thank you Dr berg

This is amazing! it sounds exactly like it's me.
I suddenly started having some issues with my peripheral nerves, terrible muscle cramps that i have never had before and spasms, i couldn't run 2 laps on a soccer field when 2 months ago i easily could run 10 and I've been drinking a lot of electrolytes and still have cramps and weakness.
In my case what Dr. Berg mentions is key.
Because I'm having issues with gallbladder and liver i know this because i have this pain on my right shoulder he mentioned that in another video, i have neck stiffness, some kind of vertigo or dizziness and tension headache.
So it looks i need vitamin E and fat soluble vitamins my gallbladder and liver need help..
I hope God everything gets better.🙏
    Thank you Dr. Berg

This is great. I do get muscle cramps and tightness that seems excessive compared to when I was younger. I probably am deficient in bile and vitamin e. I've supplemented with minerals and it helps, but the excess soreness doesn't go away.

Hi Dr. Berg, Do you know what effect statins have on the metabolism of vitamin E? I know several people that take statins and suffer with myalgia, but are fearful of getting off them because they’ve had a stent or they’re overweight etc. The docs told them the statins are beneficial despite the complaints of myalgia and basically just offer to switch people onto different brands rather than taking them off or recommending any lifestyle changes. Oddly enough these are folks whose cholesterol numbers were always normal to begin with, even the ones who developed a clogged artery and needed a stent. Would taking vitamin E help with myalgia? Thanks, xo Linda

First heal you gut as it is not only what we eat but what we absorb. Take both home made probiotic and good quality supplement. Eat organic food, the best you can afford, make sure you have varied diet. To accelerate the result for good skin, supplement with Vit C E, D3, K2, Cod liver oil, take nutritional yeast as well as bone broth.
Find a good moisturizer with no alcohol or just use vitamin E oil, use on any area of concern. Good luck

I know many people suffer with way worse things in life but this illness for me has taken everything from me i'm 28 years old stopped socialising at 16 been basically living in my room since then due to my original ilness it has caused me to have social anxiety and agoraphobia it's very debilitating the pain and fatigue in combonation with my mental state most people wonder why i'm odd if they see me or why i seem very "robotic" due to having been through a lot you can imagine my emotions have been stripped
I'm just curious on what would be great benifits to my health in terms of foods and excersize and basically anything else i could do to help manage in life?

Dr. Berg. Can vitamin E be used transdermal instead of orally? I have responded to transdermal magnesium chloride so much better that orally.

Dr Berg! Research for the covid19!!! I saw a video by a channel called “Ava Green”, where she breaks down how she had experienced “mountain sickness”, and it had similar side affects. There is a treatment for it!! She even linked a study (which we all love how you look at evidence and studies!) Thank you for your curiosity, by the way, as my husband and I have lost 50 pounds, each. But the video is called, “Did she find the missing link for a coronavirus treatment?...by Ava Green. It has over 2 million views, as of my sharing!!!!! It also has links to studies and a treatment!!!!!! Hoping this reaches Dr Berg, somehow ~

Maybe you are not in a KETO diet. The KETO prepares the body to a safe fasting period. Also never forget to take electrolytes during your fast.
