- How to Create an L-Shape Face (Chiseled Jawline).
It is a front frame with a sharp lower jawline, prominent jaw angle, and a beautiful chin tip.
We can exercise and massage the face to get a clearer face frame, tighten the jawline, chin, and neck muscles.
Let's get started.
Exercise 1
Place the lower lip on top of the upper lip and hold it for 20-30 seconds.
Exercise 2
Move the lower jaw forward 20 times.
Exercise 3
Slide your lower lip down to reveal your teeth 20 times.
Exercise 4
Hold the neck muscles for 20-30 seconds.
Exercise 5
Hands at the collarbone and the lower lip overlaps the upper lip.
Look up at the ceiling and smile and hold for 20-30 seconds.
Exercise 6
Do mouth E and U alternately for 20-30 seconds.
Exercise 7
Suction the cheeks and hold for 20-30 seconds.
Exercise 8
Place your fist under your chin and open your mouth 20 times.
Exercise 9
Place your thumb under your chin, open your mouth 20 times.
Move inward, place your thumb under your chin, open your mouth 20 times.
Move inward, place your thumb under your chin, open your mouth 20 times.
Massage 1
Apply nourishing cream to your chin and jawline.
Press your thumb under your chin and push it inward 10 times.
Massage 2
Bend the index finger above the chin and the thumb under the chin,
drag from the middle of the chin to the ear, do 10 times.
Do the other side as well.
Finished, do it regularly for 1-2 sets a day.

You are truly an excellent face yoga instructor. The results are visible, and I follow your teachings consistently. I've had remarkable improvements on my face by following your classes. However, I would like to make a few more changes. With this particular lesson it is indeed true that it offers the possibility of achieving a square face shape. However, it significantly widens and strengthens the cheekbones, which is not my goal. Right now, I'm trying to reduce my cheekbones, but after this exercise, it becomes quite challenging as they are significantly strengthened. Could you create a lesson focused on creating an angle closer to 90 degrees and solely involving the jawline area without widening/enlarging/bringing down the face too much?

Day 1: my jaw hurts a lot. I hope I may be able to continue this because of pain lol.
Day 2: It feels refreshing
Day 3: pain is gone wow. No visible difference so far.
Day 4: okay let's be honest here, no visible difference!
Day 5: (missed)
Day 6: okay there is little difference.
So the conclusion is, you may reach r desired results if you do it REGULARLY for infinite time :3

I’ll be doing this everyday and tell y’all how it goes- I’ll actually be 100% honest
Day 1: (twice) just finished, I feel fine. No difference (I did the exercise and massages)
Day 2: just finished, hurt just a little, maybe a was a little rough on myself, but I can definitely see my double shin fading cause from my side profile it’s getting better. I know it’s only day 2 but it just a little of change. It’s not drastic or a change that somebody will notice but I can definitely tell this might work😭.
Day 3: before I started I actually noticed a difference. My double chin isn’t huge but it’s definitely there and it’s slimmed down actually, and I’m starting to see my jawline more now. Anyways the workout and whatever felt the same but yea definitely seeing small results each time. Wish that could work for my workouts🙄
Day4: no changes but it hurt man😭
Day 5: I didn’t do it cause I was doing my hair I’m sorry but I’m actually starting to see changes my double chin is going away guys!!
Day 6: I forgot to update but there is results I didn’t do it yesterday (it’s day 7 for me) so yes but my double chin is gone but my jawline is still the same.
Day 7: it’s getting easier for me to do and results definitely came in. Still gonna continue
Day 8: Yea it slimmed it down from before but I still see no results so I’ll do any other one because this slims down my double chin my doesn’t do anything to my jawline but if ur trying to remove ur double chin then I recommend this!
