This workout really does work! I’ve been doing this for about a week and a half paired with clean, veggie and nutrient dense eating habits as well as other low intensity workouts and i’ve been seeing lots of results! My jawline is way more defined along with my cheekbones. My skin has also been clearing up as well (most likely due to the clean eating and extra hydration) To whoever’s reading this, this is your reminder to kickstart your fitness journey ❤️
I think that anyone scrolling needs to see this ha. I’ve never been overweight, but I’ve always struggled with fat collecting in my cheeks and chin making it looked saggy and tired. I began doing these exercises about 1.5-2 years ago and the wow, my face has visibly changed significantly. I can just look back at my 3 annual yearbook photos. I can definitely tell that when I smile extra fat doesn’t puff out of my cheek area so much anymore (hardly at all actually!). I did change my diet a bit to eat more healthy foods, but I definitely think facial exercises contributed SIGNIFICANTLY. Along with this video I’ve been doing Yuuka Sagawa’s “10 effective exercises to slim down your face and neck” video plus muscle watching’s “100% effective exercises to slim down your face fast”. I don’t do them all that once, it’s more like a rotation between them. Like I’ll do one video for a couple weeks consistently then switch to doing another the next couple weeks. The key is to be consistent, not so much doing multiple videos rapidly for a week and overdoing it. Good luck!
What I love about this exercise is that I don't have to touch my face . Steps are also easy to remember , so I don't have to watch it over and over again , and easy overall . I'll give this a try . Be right back in a few weeks , when I see results .

hi i normally don’t comment but i’ve been doing this exercise for 2 months along with face massages, I promise anyone who is doing this it does work my cheek bones are way for visible now and my face just looks a lot slimmer, i am so happy with my results please just be consistent i do it every night after i wash my face :) thank you so much Masumi update: It’s been a year since i’ve been doing this exercise, I stopped for a few months because of school but got back into it, I am always getting compliments about my face shape, I used to have a very chubby face in middle school until sophomore year so this was very helpful, I highly recommend doing this every night

The comments are so sweet of you to reply. I've been doing these exercises since March 5th (without a day off). I saw the difference, even the people around me understood the difference, even though I didn't say I was exercising. You give good morale and motivation, so I enjoy doing it. And how can you be so sweeeetttt💗✨
I'm doing this exercise and some other ones which adress the whole face and not just single areas for already 4 months (together with a daily morning and evening routine of Gua Sha massages) and can say my face has changed a lot, is more contured and slimmer, my jawline has become sharper, my lips are more plump, the nasolabialfold has become smoother and my eyes are more open because my eyebrows have raised. No joke! I can wholeheartedly recommend these exercises though it is not a quick fix. I practise every evening for at least 15/ 20 min and if this is not possible, because of appointments every other day. Time I guess everbody has throughout the day. I am absolutely happy that I have started with Faceyoga. It is astonishing how much my face has changed in this few months. I will definitely stick to it.😻 I am 40, always looked younger, but these exercises will save me again a few more years to the ones that I have already gained anyway. Don't forget sunscreen, get enough sleep, drink a lot of water, decrease stress level, practise a good skin care routine and take some good nutritions too (Collagen, MSM and Vitamin D3 + K2 MK7 All Trans).

I'm going to be doing one in the morning and one at night, and if you like this it'll remind me not to forget! ( I realize a lot of people are saying what age they are and all I'll say is I'm in high school and am doing this to have a slimmer face!) ✅ Day 1: Done in the morning, and night. No change yet of course. ✅ Day 2: Finished in the morning! - No change yet but I definitely feel face tighter. - Just finished at night!!! :> (I'd also like to say thank you Masumi!! you make this face yoga so motivating and positive! Thank youuuu! :D) ✅ Day 3: Finished this morning!! Finished at night as well! :3 I think I see a slight difference in my jowls already, just a slightly though! ✅ Day 4: Done in the morning!! Forgot to do it last night but that's okay :>!! ✅ Day 5: Done a littler later in the afternoon! (Couldn't do last night or tmrw morning because of personal reasons! Im 36. These exercises are extremely effective. First, some of them seemed almost impossible to me (e.g. #2) but after some training it feels so easy now. My face got definitely toned up a lot and way more symmetrical than before. This set is one of my favorite! It also improves the mood. Highly recommended. Thank you Masumi. You are wonderful ❤🙏

Yesterday I did this 2 times, I woke up, my whole face feels so sore, and that means I did it right! Other exercises from other UA-camrs never gave me this feeling. I feel like I am really doing something, again thank you! I will try to do this 2-4 times a day!
ETA: I did these for three weeks without missing a day. I wasn't really seeing much difference. But I decided to stick with it. After a little over a month, the skin on my cheeks and around my mouth looks tighter. This morning when I looked in the mirror I really noticed the difference. I guess for some people it takes longer. I'm glad I didn't give up on these. I could have tried to pay for one of those silly machines or procedures for face tightening. I'm just gonna keep doing these. I love that these take less than 10 minutes. But for the chick exercise you kept making me laugh and mess up my reps by saying "chick chick chick" 😂 🐤🐤🐤
add lymph drainage face massage as well you will enjoy the results because it removes excess fluid and toxins from your face . Alternate between exercises and massage videos for ultimate results.

This works so well. Even in just 3 days, you'll already see some changes. When I was doing this for 2 weeks straight, my face was nicely toned! No sagging cheeks at all!

@@МируМИР-й1л I recommend you do this no matter your age. I think it's going to work because it exercises the muscles and muscles can still be trained even if you're already old. Try this for a week or two and see the results!

I am convinced that your method of facial exercises will work, more than other facial exercises l had practiced. I felt the tension in my facial muscles while following your exercises. While with the other methods that requires hand manipulation of the facial muscles externally, l don't feel the effects as with your method. I will now seriously consider using your method often.

This helps immensely as the closing exercises before the final massage. I had scars on the left side of the laughing lines. It really lightens the scars and along the left side of the lips. Девочки, делайте. Делаю 4 день, брыли убрались, они конечно были еще не большими, чуть заметными, но все же, думаю у кого ярко выраженные тоже поможет , но делать дольше. Первый , второй день ничего не чувствовала, будто и нагрузки особой нет, но третий день, и сегодня- 4 , начинаю все больше чувствовать как работают мышцы лица. Вообщем нравиться очень, посмотрим какие результаты будут дальше, пока точно буду продолжать.
This is surprising really effective- I am already seeing effects after the first day! The laugh lines are so much less visible now. I guess I have really been slacking off with my facial muscles. Edit: I used to also suffer from facial twitches. Doing this exercise has helped me get rid of those twitches!!

I can definitely tell that when I smile extra fat doesn’t puff out of my cheek area so much anymore (hardly at all actually!). I did change my diet a bit to eat more healthy foods, but I definitely think facial exercises contributed SIGNIFICANTLY. Along with this video I’ve been doing Yuuka Sagawa’s “10 effective exercises to slim down your face and neck” video plus muscle watching’s “100% effective exercises to slim down your face fast”. I don’t do them all that once, it’s more like a rotation between them. Like I’ll do one video for a couple weeks consistently then switch to doing another the next couple weeks. The key is to be consistent, not so much doing multiple videos rapidly for a week and overdoing it. Good luck!

What I love about this exercise is that I don't have to touch my face . Steps are also easy to remember , so I don't have to watch it over and over again , and easy overall . I'll give this a try . Be right back in a few weeks , when I see results .

hi i normally don’t comment but i’ve been doing this exercise for 2 months along with face massages, I promise anyone who is doing this it does work my cheek bones are way for visible now and my face just looks a lot slimmer, i am so happy with my results please just be consistent i do it every night after i wash my face :) thank you so much Masumi
update: It’s been a year since i’ve been doing this exercise, I stopped for a few months because of school but got back into it, I am always getting compliments about my face shape, I used to have a very chubby face in middle school until sophomore year so this was very helpful, I highly recommend doing this every night

I'm doing this exercise and some other ones which adress the whole face and not just single areas for already 4 months (together with a daily morning and evening routine of Gua Sha massages) and can say my face has changed a lot, is more contured and slimmer, my jawline has become sharper, my lips are more plump, the nasolabialfold has become smoother and my eyes are more open because my eyebrows have raised. No joke! I can wholeheartedly recommend these exercises though it is not a quick fix. I practise every evening for at least 15/ 20 min and if this is not possible, because of appointments every other day. Time I guess everbody has throughout the day. I am absolutely happy that I have started with Faceyoga. It is astonishing how much my face has changed in this few months. I will definitely stick to it.😻 I am 40, always looked younger, but these exercises will save me again a few more years to the ones that I have already gained anyway. Don't forget sunscreen, get enough sleep, drink a lot of water, decrease stress level, practise a good skin care routine and take some good nutritions too (Collagen, MSM and Vitamin D3 + K2 MK7 All Trans).

Im 36. These exercises are extremely effective. First, some of them seemed almost impossible to me (e.g. #2) but after some training it feels so easy now. My face got definitely toned up a lot and way more symmetrical than before. This set is one of my favorite! It also improves the mood. Highly recommended. Thank you Masumi. You are wonderful ❤🙏

Yesterday I did this 2 times, I woke up, my whole face feels so sore, and that means I did it right! Other exercises from other UA-camrs never gave me this feeling. I feel like I am really doing something, again thank you! I will try to do this 2-4 times a day!

ETA: I did these for three weeks without missing a day. I wasn't really seeing much difference. But I decided to stick with it. After a little over a month, the skin on my cheeks and around my mouth looks tighter. This morning when I looked in the mirror I really noticed the difference. I guess for some people it takes longer. I'm glad I didn't give up on these. I could have tried to pay for one of those silly machines or procedures for face tightening. I'm just gonna keep doing these.
I love that these take less than 10 minutes. But for the chick exercise you kept making me laugh and mess up my reps by saying "chick chick chick" 😂 🐤🐤🐤
add lymph drainage face massage as well you will enjoy the results because it removes excess fluid and toxins from your face . Alternate between exercises and massage videos for ultimate results.

@@МируМИР-й1л I recommend you do this no matter your age. I think it's going to work because it exercises the muscles and muscles can still be trained even if you're already old. Try this for a week or two and see the results!

How many times did you did these exercises in a day?
I am convinced that your method of facial exercises will work, more than other facial exercises l had practiced. I felt the tension in my facial muscles while following your exercises. While with the other methods that requires hand manipulation of the facial muscles externally, l don't feel the effects as with your method. I will now seriously consider using your method often.
I've ( age 48) been doing this 1 x a day over the last 1 month, and OMG, some people asked me if I have done something ( fillings) to my face :D
This exercises are super effective, be patient and results will come for sure!

Yes! I just started it a few minutes ago and I can feel the workout, just like a body workout.
This helps immensely as the closing exercises before the final massage. I had scars on the left side of the laughing lines. It really lightens the scars and along the left side of the lips. Today is my 23th day for doing this exercise and I clearly see huge difference on my face 🥺❤️ I'm so happy❤.

@@rvideos5092 lemme tell u my experience, I did it only for 3 weeks. But I got surprising results. And the fact that I dropped the exercise 2 weeks ago but my face is still in shape is something I still can't believe.

Девочки, делайте. Делаю 4 день, брыли убрались, они конечно были еще не большими, чуть заметными, но все же, думаю у кого ярко выраженные тоже поможет , но делать дольше. Первый , второй день ничего не чувствовала, будто и нагрузки особой нет, но третий день, и сегодня- 4 , начинаю все больше чувствовать как работают мышцы лица. Вообщем нравиться очень, посмотрим какие результаты будут дальше, пока точно буду продолжать.

This is surprising really effective- I am already seeing effects after the first day! The laugh lines are so much less visible now. I guess I have really been slacking off with my facial muscles.
Edit: I used to also suffer from facial twitches. Doing this exercise has helped me get rid of those twitches!!

I tried this excercise for 2 weeks (once everyday)
and My I saw effective results. now my jaw is sharp, cheek is lifted.
Currently I'm doing dark circul routine.
